I think doing it on Saturday night is a good idea. You're still striking while the iron is hot and it gives you a chance to calm down some of the mob before private meetups take place. I could definitely picture Roosh saying something like: "In roughly one hour, ladies and gentlemen, a couple hundred of guys around the world will be meeting to share a drink and talk about politics, women and travels; that's it!"

You wait untill Monday, you've lost a lot of attention since the event/story is basically over. Plus it's going to be all about the Super Bowl game (atleast in the US).

If anyone here writes for a free culture news organization like The Examiner, perhaps you might ask Roosh if you can attend as a journalist on behalf of that source. I don't think the Examiner issues their own credentials. Then you can write up an article on the conference that will be published by an independent site on the web.

In case any of us are ever in the same situation (not unlikely), now it's known that it's better to be a dick to the press or media and walk out with the dignity you're entitled to than be caught unawares.

You need someone there to control the room. You will probably not be able to do it without losing control of the situation. You need someone to go to the podium, introduce you and moderate the reporters. Not talking about a security guard, but a trained PR professional or Attorney. They will also determine when the press conference is over. You go in with security in an unmarked car and leave in the same care immediately when you are done.

Chances are you will have protestors outside (I'm assuming the location will be compromised), you must have people filming these people as well and perhaps slip a few moles and people who are pretending to be passersby who is wondering what is going on, you will probably be assaulted in some way or another. If it were me, personally, I'd have someone swoop in from a far distance with a drone to film people, they will go fucking nuts.

You should livestream it, which isn't hard with a web camera and a wifi connection. I'm sure there are people who have the capabilities to do so. Alternatively, it should be recorded and posted. Perhaps LiveLeak or something similar.

Express more regret that your words were twisted, that American high school teachers are so decrepit that their graduates don't know what satire is, and that so many people in these happy times made themselves miserable by believing lies about you.

Express gratitude that you never lied to anyone, especially not about that satirical story, and that you've been told (multiple times by men you respect and move) how meaningful and helpful your words have been.

Express EQUAL gratitude for both the healthy readers with high self-esteem and loving hearts who understood the satire, and the unhappy, unhealthy ones who didn't and never will.

Express highest gratitude that your family wasn't harmed, and that all the women you've been with lived in societies that allowed them to freely choose to be with you. And express, with utter certainty, that no one who understands your work needs to curtail any woman's freedom in order to sleep with them.

Or because someone else posted something controversial about eating disorders? Are these incidences even comparable in the face of actual rape, abuse and paedophilia? Where, as the press, is your moral compass? You sit there wanting me to crumble, to admit to false accusations and apologise for words that are not mine because I own a website where people can post politically incorrect or controversial opinions which are then debated and explored by the community? And all the while these horrible crimes are REALLY happening to women and children?"

Need to play the offensive. ROK is anti-rape and has warned Sweden and Germany against allowing in Middle Eastern men from an actual rape culture. The real rape advocates are the liberal media who orchestrated Cologne. You got more press than Rotherham, Malmo and Cologne combined. That's sickening and messed up.

I would play a victim role, personally, frankly because its true.

Prepared statement:
1. You organized what was essentially a happy hour for people around the world.
2. People grossly misinterpreted the purpose of what was happening.
3. You were met with lies, death threats, doxxing, etc. Media fabricated stories and put the safety of private citizens at risk. Groups on facebook threatened physical violence to people who are essentially just message board posters who wanted to meet other message board posters.
4. You should have an article released at the time of the press conference at ROK outlining these facts and that the reporters can go to the website to find out more.
6. I'd slip in a little rant about Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression.
5. Ask questions cordially and respectfully.

Playing the angry crazy ranter doesn't often work so well unless you are 100% bulletproof (aka Trump, Cernovich, etc..and I'm not saying they are angry crazy ranters but they say whatever they want and riling up opposition is part of the game). You have to be logically, calm and sell why everyone overreacted the fuck out for, again, what was a private men's happy hour.
