I am not sure how many books you are trying to read in your life, but I am going for 100+ self-development books, so BNW was on my list...If you are going for 20+ books, it's probably unnecessary. I would read more practical books like 48 Laws of Power instead. lol.

Many of the points from this book were things that I have learned before, but that is because I have been around the manosphere for couple years now.

I don't want to give away everything from the book, but the book states that college court system is "kangaroo court system" where the gender dynamics incentivizes and encourages woman to actually falsely accuse man for rape. This book brings case studies, science, and other researches that back up his reasoning and logic.

If you have been around the red pill community, many things in this book could be repetitive, but it's a different when you are actually reading something from the book when the author cites his research for majority of the content. Really quick read, but will read again later.

'Might is Right' by 'Ragnar Redbeard' *

This short but powerful book just blew me away the first time I read it many years ago and still leaves a lasting impression. Such aggression, purpose and venom all wrapped up in such beautiful language (surely, its author must have been a man of some talent!). It's hard to believe it's well over 100 year old as the reality depicted in those pages seems timeless.

Random quote;

'What is your “civilization and progress” if its only outcome is hysteria and downgoing? What is “government and law” if their ripened harvests are men without sap? What are “religions and literatures” if their grandest productions are hordes of faithful slaves? What is “evolution and culture” if their noxious blossoms are sterilized women? What is “education and enlightenment” if their dead-sea-fruit is a caitiff race, with rottenness in its bones?'

(the rest of the book continues in that fashion, relentlessly. The author never takes his foot off your throat for a single minute!)

Some of the text is shocking enough even today and if you haven't read it, then you may well find yourself triggered as no punches are pulled and the language and tone is harsh, unforgiving, and combative. I know some that would be disgusted by it and would throw it in the bin. Others would be disgusted, but would go back to it again and again through curiosity. Others will lap up every word.

Sometimes I read a couple of pages when I'm feeling defeated and suddenly I'm ready to take on the world. I'd recommend reading it just before a workout for maximum testosterone gains!! The politics and worldview? I'm working my way through that, some good, some bad and some yet-to-be-decided.

If the content of the book wasn't so divisive, the book would certainly be viewed by the mainstream as some sort of classic. I don't think it's banned yet, so I'd recommend buying a physical copy before they do eventually ban it. I'm off to read another couple of pages now ....

* I can't believe there is still so much doubt over the identity of the author!? I know there are a couple of suspects, but how come, no certainty! The style is nothing if not distinctive!

I haven't read that one but I do recommend World Order and The Federal Reserve Conspiracy. The latter was heavily plagiarized by G. Edward Griffin when he wrote the much longer and less useful The Creature from Jekyll Island.

World Order, among other things tells the equally interesting story of how the Bank of England was founded. The BOE was the firstg privately-owned central bank and the model for the Fed.

I personally think women should not learn to read at all.

That said, I would not put "Brave New World" in the "self-help" category. Like someone said earlier, spending an afternoon to sit down and read one of the seminal works of science fiction (if you're interested) is a worthy endeavour. I say this as a guy who majored in English, so take that with a grain of salt.

I think there are self-help books that we read to help us get on the right track and then there are works of literature that elevate and illuminate the human soul. I will not say that one is superior to the other, but I'd we should not mix the two up or we deny ourselves some awesome lessons.

I would way that in my short life, i have come across with 2 books that i would consider as life-changing books (red pill books). The first one is The art of seduction of Robert Greene, in few words, it teaches you on how to manipulate people by seducing them. The second one is my now current lecture, The rational male of Rollo tomassi, again in few words it teaches you how society and relationships in the author's perspective work.
In terms of science fiction i would consider 100 years of solitude as the best read i have ever come across.

The Key, by Whitley Strieber. Unique little book that has me re-reading it over and over. Strieber reports on a conversation he had with a stranger who barged into his hotel room in 1998 . It was the most interesting conversation he ever had.

If the book is factual, and I think it is, this is the most important and interesting book I have ever read.

The Conversation and the Afterword, and the Fragmentary Inclusions, and the Prophesy of the Key, are separate chapters which can be read in any order. I was very skeptical, so started with the Afterword and worked up to the Conversation the next day. It's neither science, or religion, or science fiction exactly. However, it is compelling, and it has worked its magic on me. On Kindle about $4.99.

I'm not a massive fan of self-help books buy each to their own i guess. Auto(biogrpahies) of key individuals in politics, economics, finance and history books are worth paying the money for.

FYI, the bank of england was privately owned due to the fact in 1694 the Kind og Englands credit rating was so low he was unable to borrow the £1,200,000 at 8% pa the government wanted in order to rebuild the navy after defeat to the French. Over 1500 people invested in a 'Bank of England' ranging from the King and Queen to carpenters. It's not a fucking conspiracy.

I just read The Quest for Cosmic Justice by Thomas Sowell.

A must read for anyone who wants to see the arguments for equality of opportunity and equality of outcome ripped to shreds. He refutes John Rawls' arguments for equality, good stuff.

I've finished reading Endurance (Ernest Shackleton) by Alfred Lansig and every few pages I felt I was not worthy of what I was reading.



Every page had me hanging on, I'm ashamed to say as an Irish man, I was aware of the story but truly I didn't know anything about it. My eyes were spinning in my head at what 28 men went through over the course of two plus year separated from the world.

Quite literally the most anti-soy story you will ever read. An antidote to every film you've seen and moral relativism story of the last century. The thoughts of this odyssey/ordeal being filmed in the right way would single handedly course correct our societies (half joking). Every story within a 100 mile radius could fuck off compared to this one and looks like a child's finger painting.

A PETA REEEEEEEE fest: dogs, penguins, sea lions birds murdered over and over and in the most savage ways.

If you want a mind reboot on what you're capable of, read this. Yes it is sometimes repetitive, sprawling and you will be sick of the term "ice floes" much like the men themselves. The story is fucking ludicrious. I felt like I was being driven bonkers along with them.

We've devolved in a very real sense. This was an Age of Heroes, truly feels mythic. The way they maintain composure and even smile in the face of death consistently....at sub zero temperatures for two years, wearing same clothes for two years

Stop what you're doing and buy. Even halfway though it, I felt changed by it. Shackleton and his men, who quickly become "as helpless and isolated from the outside world as if they were on another planet," show you, just as quickly, the best that humans can be.

I was going to put it in the positivity page. The book has an understated feel to the descriptions and yet its incredibly tense.
