If you have decided to independently go ahead with a private meetup regardless of the official cancellation, you need to be aware that the opposition is still moving against you.

From 5 hours before this post on Reddit:



Subreddits such as /r/Socialism /r/Anarchism and other assumably other non-reddit related SJW groups are still actively working to infiltrate private meetups moving forward. They don't seem to believe that the official meetups were really cancelled and think we've just gone underground to reorganise. The subreddits are also aware of the RVF forum which you can see by browsing the link above.

Even though you've gone private, you might want to limit attendence to known RVF members with a reasonably long membership/high rep/high post count. Otherwise you face a risk of dealing with these idiots. Act accordingly. I don't want to spread paranoia, but just take a minute to consider what you know about the guys you are meeting.

You might also want to consider delaying private meetups previously linked to the official event until after this has blown over and SJW attention has moved on to the latest outrage.

Found this on Google News. It appears to start out with the usual slant, but then they have a surprisingly detailed discussion of Roosh's background and ideas. I would go so far as to say this is an honestly objective and even handed article, from a typical outsider's point of view.

I doubt it would be a direct government operation. More likely the useful idiots are being whipped up into a fervor via the media. This particular Anonymous mouthpiece seems to be wielded by a SJW for their own self-aggrandizement

I have been thinking about the collective 'Five Eyes' approach to this debacle recently though. My current theory is that CSIS investigated Roosh briefly during the extreme media flareup surrounding his world tour. It accurately determined that it was a storm in the teacup. This is backed up by the Canadian Immigration Minister not deporting Roosh back in August 2015.

This information was likely shared amongst all Five Eye partners. Still, despite knowing that Roosh and his followers pose no credible threat to their citizens, the MP's of various countries have to be seen to pander to their constituent's interests. You can see this if you go and watch the British Parliaments debate on the meetups yesterday (starting from 10:35am). There is a lot of bluster and threats and motions to ban Roosh and his followers from the UK (similar to what they did to Donald Trump). But in the end, nothing came of it.

I suspect this outcome was determined by the events in Canada last year, where neither Roosh or his followers commited any crimes except perhaps aggravating powerful men on twitter. They know that neither Roosh nor his followers are criminals, and this might be the difference between why he escaped banning in Australia and Canada compared to Julian Blanc who was shown on youtube actually sexually harrassing a girl (video evidence of an act that would be a crime in the West, even though it was 'committed' in Asia).

Different countries in the Anglosphere have different policies towards banning people on 'Character grounds'. Some seem to be able to do it more easily than others, but what the exact limit for that is remains to be seen. What is clear though is that MP's are informed by the intelligence agencies of the exact nature of RVF and ROK, and the nature of the proposed meetups. If they took the media narrative at face value, then Roosh would have been banned as a criminal threat.

The police authorities are upset at Roosh not because he's a threat, but because they have to dedicate time and resources placating the sensitive idiots who really do think he's the boogeyman that he's styled himself to be. If changes to laws do come out from this I would expect it to be about 'causing civil unrest via provocation on the internet' or some other such garbage in an attempt to stop similar future drains on resources.

Now that the media footprint of Roosh is larger, there are petitions of 10's of thousands of constituents demanding MPs act against him. Ironically, the politicians are happy to use the caricature of Roosh as a means to further their own agendas (again watch the parliamentary broadcast and how the Minister for Women tries to use Roosh to show how she is needed).

tldr; 5 Eye countries know who Roosh is. They are not acting against him because he's a threat, but because their constituents demand it.

Its sad to say that the rot goes further than this meet up. There have been other instances where something on here actually came back to hurt a member in the real world and in a particular case involving a member who went to Colombia. A girl he had met was made aware of a thread and she was upset afterwards.

Now imagine that. A completely random girl in a country that isn't like any western country, made aware of this website through some random, limp wristed twat. These people cannot confront directly so rely on their ability to doxx and fight in numbers.

Only way to beat the mob is to not be an easy target.

I was having a chat today with a forum member on whatsapp, and I was basically saying how it was weird how kids used to be against the establishment: Rock n Roll in the 50s and onwards, heavy metal, gangsta rap...etc. Now (I think due to things like facebook) they are one with the establishment. I just saw an essay somewhere on Millenials regarding this topic. The author's conclusion, if I remember right, is that instead of fighting the establishment, Millenials get cred for being the first to find and share cool information or images over the Internet or social media within their social groups. You can see that with how the SJWs and others responded during this episode, like the slouchy hipster who doxxed Roosh on that Facebook group for the feminist New York protest.

Interesting. However, whilst that might be how Millenials get their dopamine hits - it doesn't explain why they've become so pro-establishment and against things that are controversial. It is sad, some of my friend in the punk scene got disillusioned, they're against the grain now. SJW friends of mine who bring up OLD shit that happened in the scene, ex) Bad Brains not being gay friendly and how we shouldn't listen to them. Or Black Flags song "Slip It in" with the nun holding onto the guys leg is promoting Rape Culture.
