After The Dust Settles
Gents,

This is a crazy time. I never thought in my lifetime would I see such, hysteria, lies, media manipulation and general fuckery from people via social and regular media.

While maybe I shouldn't be, I am shocked to my core. The idea that like minded men can be branded in such an untrue witch-hunt in 2016 is disturbing and scary.

I know that has left me feeling angry, shocked, disgusted and also motivated. I am motivated in doing something to fight the tide. I'm just not sure what yet.

I know we have to gain power and increase our sphere of influence if we are to protect ourselves and punish those who would unjustly harm us. We need some kind of actionable plan that is grounded in reality and can be actually implemented.

There has to be some powerful men in our group (or know someone) who can help us get into powerful cirlces that can let us spread our word and protect ourselves against the madness.

I am very serious in stating, it is time for us to make connections, pull our resources, become united and change the world.

Idealism is good, but we need a plan.

Let's start brainstorming.

RE: After The Dust Settles
Read the book "SJWs always lie" by Vox Day - It explains the tactics of PC intimidation that have been going on for awhile.

A lot of them are straight out of Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals".

On the flip side there's been more pushback against PC abuse in the media lately (ex. the GamerGate drama resulted in many PC journalists getting heat; South Park's latest season was dedicated exclusively to mocking social justice warriors).

Truth is, keep in mind that the SJWs are actually the minority - they simply "astroturf" and infiltrate the media to give them an impression of greater numbers or power (this is one of Saul Alinsky's stated tactics); most people IRL are fence sitters and just as likely to laugh off the SJW lunatics as to embrace them.

Roosh is getting a LOT of media off of this, anybody intrigued by the whole thing with half a brain would probably read some of the content...

That's when we got them, you can't be a sane, semi-intelligent man in today's social and political climate and not have this stuff resonate with you.

This whole shit storm seems BIG to me, ie the possible beginning of a paradigm shift and "neomasculine" swinging back into the main stream.

Our ideas are not revolutionary, we are concerned with what is deep down universal truths, we are not pioneers just men with the brains and guts to see reality and speak out against injustice.

This media shit storm I think will be a positive long term, no press is bad press especially with the archives of content we have.

RE: After The Dust Settles
First step is just to accept it, and not assume these are "reasonable people" who are genuinely outraged or concerned.

The SJWs in the media are basically far left activists who're following a step-by-step playbook to spread their ideology. It's not genuine outrage, it's just about manufacturing outrage to appeal to the idiotic masses and intimidate others into silence.

RE: After The Dust Settles
Look at Canada, shit was a joke of a protest against Roosh.

This is a milder version of it SPREAD THINLY.

Remember Roosh had actual meetings take place right under the noses of these cry babies.

Noone ever cried over a spilled beer, even if it was assault.

They can't identify members, they don't have shit on us. Look at how many followers Roosh gained in the last few days.

I'm proud and stoked to be able to meet some of my counter parts, which are very good meaning and intelligent men. Not the neck beard 5'8 living in mommies basement virgins the SJW want us to be.

Think about it, these idiots actually thing people are condoning rape, it's insane. Noone condones rape, yet disagreeing with their viewpoints on how women and men should act amounts to that.

Added: Are they going to go after every white straight male that are local to the meeting points ? What if the members or minorities ? Racial prejudices and stereotypes ?

They're becoming the people they hate, SJW's are the new fascists, we of course know this.

A thought exercise (and somewhat satirical) piece is actually taken as the holy bible of RVF'ers and ROK'ers.

This should be added also as reminder:

I found the Manosphere and Roosh two years ago because someone was complaining about him in non-related forum that I participated in. Any press is good press when you're trying to grow your brand.

RE: After The Dust Settles
What we're seeing is something called a stand alone complex. Ghost in the Shell explained the phenomenon very well. Highly recommended.

From my post:

Quote:One of my favorite shows is Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. The show gets its name from the phenomena of the “stand alone complex” – copies working toward a purpose of sorts without an original. In the stand alone complex, there is no original actor or action, but the copies engage in behavioral cues inspired by the actor in their minds, and given crowd behavior, more follow.

In this first season of the series, Motoko Kusanagi and the rest of Public Security Section 9 are drawn in to the mysteries of the Laughing Man case, ending up revealing a powerful cabal in the government that withheld a lifesaving vaccine from the marketplace. The crux of the matter though was that, despite all the fans and copycat behaviors, there was in actuality no original Laughing Man, and the entire case and cult-like persona of the Laughing Man were simply memes arising out of a spontaneous act that caught fire and inspired unrelated copycats. This was eventually co-opted by the cabal for its own interests.

And:

Quote:So let’s apply our Stand Alone Complex Filter to Roosh and his tribal meetups on the 6th. It can also just as easily be applied to his stint in Canada last summer, where we saw much the same thing.

The key gripe of the “social justice warriors” is that “Roosh promotes rape” and “Roosh wants to make rape legal.”

The proof of this, to them, is once more, his infamous “How to Stop Rape” article, where he supposedly advocated to “make rape legal on private property.” Indeed, the words he wrote there say just that.

But, the key point, the point that SJW’s, who are usually socially inept, miss, is that the article was a satirical essay (inspired by Jonathan Swift’s A Modest Proposal) meant to ridicule the notion that’s cropped up in feminism that women shouldn’t ever be held responsible for their own safety, and that telling women to not get shitfaced as a way to prevent rape is “victim blaming.” Humorously, feminists engaged in these very same tactics after the Cologne attacks on New Years Eve, lending credibility to Roosh’s critique, and proving that feminism only rather selectively cares about “rape”.

But, given that SJW’s are socially inept, they created something out of the article that was never there. They believed that Roosh was actually seriously advocating that “rape be legalized.” Spreading through the social media outrage train and the “journalistic” circle jerk, all of the copies engaged in a similar behavior – attempting to prevent Roosh, or anyone else, from holding their get-together and attempting to silence their speech and freedom of association.

See what happened?

Satire “make rape legal” article>make rape legal>”journalistic” circle jerk of copies>copies intensify the outrage train>cowardly politicians and bureaucrats also become copies>unrelated individuals work toward this end – silence speech, end freedom of association, because it’s the Current Year.

All of these seemingly unrelated copies acted toward this end when there was, in fact, never an original “make rape legal” article or “rape advocacy” meet in the first place. Nowhere on Return of Kings has anyone ever advocated to “make rape legal.”

This is what we're seeing. It is nothing unique. It explains a lot of things in history.

What's more unnerving is just how easily the hoax spread, and just how flagrantly the media disregarded the truth.

Poland is passing new media laws and honestly everyone needs to follow. They've hid behind "free speech" for too long. What they've been doing for a long time is nothing more than fraud.

RE: After The Dust Settles
Was there taken some real, legal action of the PC crybullies in the battle of Toronto? This whole mob is a cybermob. A loud one but they are a minority in real life. Thery action is mostly to do a click, and write a few comments or articles about their outrage. Its this whole shit storm phenomena.
So I guess there will only a few ones that take action. I'm still in for my tribal meeting.

For us, these conflicts can be resolved by appeal to the deeply ingrained higher principle embodied in the law, that individuals have the right (within defined limits) to choose how to live. But this Western notion of individualism and tolerance is by no means a conception in all cultures. - Theodore Dalrymple

RE: After The Dust Settles
Not to mention, times change and history repeats, and fads come and go.

Culture has always had weird and extreme fads; the bra-burning radical feminists of the 60-70s for example have more or less died out of the mainstream, though with the social justice fad beginning in the 90s, the radical elements have been given a slight revival.

This is most likely due to the invent of the internet, since it allows far-left tabloids to document people's every words and spread them around for their minions to see, but lately it seems more and more people are getting tired of it and pushback is beginning.

But hey, disco was once the rage, so was the big hair of the 80s - I think within a decade or so we'll look back at the social justise freakery and laugh at it, and it'll eventually be about as socially acceptable to self-declare one a social justice warrior as it is to show up to Walmart dressed like Elvis.

RE: After The Dust Settles
Hell, if anything the paranoia of the social justice movment via web 2.0 might be a sign that it's on its way out.

Before the internet and new media, the SJWs had pretty strong control over college campuses and the MSN.

But since the dawn of Web 2.0, free speech has thrived (for better or worse, since it also allows SJWs to set up their own outlets).

Likely the SJW movement is panicking at the fact they can no longer police the speech, so their cybertactics have become more and more desperate (even stooping to outright cyberterrorism), plus the anonymity gives them a sense of immunity from retaliation.

However I think their censorship campaigns will backfire on the internet in ways they wouldn't in a real life setting like a college campus:

Because as others mentioned, any publicity is bad publicity. Plus historically anything deemed "forbidden" generates curiousity and interest (whether by the Catholic Church or by campus PC police) - this is why "banned" films immediately become more interesting on the mere fact that someone "banned" them (I for example only found this website from negative mentions by SJWs, and the fact that they hated it so much only spiked my interest).
