Hey guys, I need some advice on dealing with this girl Iv'e recently started seeing.
The long and the short of it is, we have been on a few dates, and on our last date(2 weeks ago) we ended up on her bed, intense make out session, her grinding on me, and me grabbing her bare ass. I tried to escalate by taking her pants off but she put the brakes on and said "not tonight" we kept on making out and at the end when I left hers she was very keen on having another date.

Now the crux of the issue. She is shit at replying to messages. She does reply.....eventually. Like a few hours to a day later. We are supposed to be meeting up tomorrow for a date that was organised on Thursday and I have yet to receive a reply from her. She did tell me she was hanging with her girlfriends today. Obviously I dont want to bombard her with text messages asking for a time to pick her up, so what's the best option? Send her a text tomorrow morning telling her that im picking her up at 6pm and to be ready by then? or to see if she responds?

Don't text her until she replies your original text. In the meanwhile go find something else to occupy that planned timeslot that is a not so bad alternative but can be pushed aside once she texts you back (eg. another date, go get some work done, catch up on some episodes)

Most importantly, don't get your hopes up about the date. Try to get excited for your alternative too so that if she really doesn't reply/cant make it, you wouldn't feel like your evening is ruined.

Zerdame has it down.

A general rule is to never text a girl twice in a row. I break this if there's bantering going on, but when it comes to date logistics do not text her again until she replies.

Also, reply times are in most cases tied to her attraction towards you. Girls are glued to their phones. Would she wait a day to reply to Chris Hemsworth?

Alrighty I'll follow that advice.

Darian, I thought the same thing as you which Is why I didnt want to keep texting her and give the impression that I'm desperate.
Following on from Zerdame's advice, I am having lunch with a girl I used to go to uni with tomorrow. So even if this chick flakes on me i'll still have a fun day

I'll keep you guy's posted with how it goes

Update as promised.

The girl I was supposed to be taking on a date today has replied, she is all good for me to pick her up at 6. My initial plan was to take her to the Casino, and have a nice meal there. This way we can eat good food, have a few drinks and I can rock out in a suit/formal attire. Then retire to the room I booked for the night. However, If she is going to flake on me, or give me the "lets just be friends" chat then I'll look ridiculous dropping ~$298 on a room and like another $100 on dinner. So im thinking instead ill just take her out to a place near my house and see what happens from there.
