How to subvert a movements that is against your interests?

Since humans are social animals much of our lives is about competition with others. Almost everyone wants more money, more power and status, more sexual partners and obviously not everyone can come out on top. In other words, the interests of different people and groups are often conflicting. One of the best methods to get what you want is deceit: make sure the other person or group is not aware of your actions, and especially, your motives.

Someone finds out what you're up to and says:

"Powerful groups influence politics, finance, media to further their own agenda."

It's a reasonable statement. You don't want the masses to look into it. So you insert, in secrecy, your own people into the debate:

"Powerful groups influence politics, finance, media to further their own agenda, and they're actually lizard people."

Now normal people will hear this, especially if you make sure the mainstream media mostly focuses on the crazy people that have infiltrated the group, and they will naturally disregard the story. Do we see this happen in real life? I think it's safe to say we do.

What do we know for sure? We know that very rich and powerful people exist, that some of their interests are different from ours, that they network and work together, that we are very often lied to in the media and in schools, that in the past governments, corporations and ideological groups have indeed conspired to commit illegal acts to further their agenda, and so on.

We don't need any crazy, additional factors to explain the world. No lizard people and no divine plan. We are a biological species with winners and with losers. Groups have waged wars, exterminated each other and yes even lied to each other. When you want to rob a bank with some friends, that's a conspiracy. When big companies communicate to fix prices, that's a conspiracy. It happens all the time.

Now what is the best way to win? Control the key positions of a society. Infiltrate other societies. Conceal your identity and your motives. Control your enemy. How do you control your enemies and make them do what you want, even if it's against the interests of their own group? Leverage.

Blackmail them. Everyone has dirt on them. We now know that everyone is being monitored. All politicians are being monitored as well. Besides the NSA, Israel has wiretapped all phones in the USA. Why do you think the USA so often works against their own interest and for that of another country? Merkel has been extensively monitored. Key positions have been taken. Why are the conservatives such fucking cuckservatives? All the normal ones have been purged and replaced with 'former' marxists that want to destroy Western homogeneity. Same in Europe.

No blackmail? Create it. You want to join our club? Okay, first you have to go through these weird, sexual rituals. Now you become powerful and we own you. Still, no lizard people.

Last edit: Look into all the powerful politicians that are involved in pedophilia scandals. Many of them are covered up but it's out there. Best way to blackmail people? Videotape exactly that. Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein reportedly had parties with underage girls with powerful people like Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew. Recording equipment has been found. Similar things are going on in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany. It's being swept under the rug.

Lizard, your post is an excellent demand for philosophical skepticism, it is incumbent upon all of us to occasionally reign ourselves in when using inductive reasoning, to have a very clear line in the sand with "demonstrated by fact" and "implied by theory" on either side.

However, I wish to add to Thought Gypsy's rebuttal.

He offered the examples of several conspiracies that were downright demoniac, showing an utter disregard to human life - contrast to the "fluoride in the drinking water" issue: the simplest explanation (Occam's Razor) would conclude that:

A. Fluoride used to be an industrial pollutant that companies had to pay to get rid of.
B. A tentative connection between fluoride and tooth health was discovered.
C. Business interests saw an opportunity to turn an expensive waste product into a profitable resource.

In large doses fluoride has neurological effect, but the amount in the water is probably insufficient for that; it also probably doesn't do anything to help your teeth either, despite fluoride-heavy toothpaste being very effective at removing plaque. This conspiracy is self-serving and anti-rational, but not particularly immoral.

The issues that Thought Gypsy brought up - in particular Tuskegee and MKUltra (and note, I'm not making the claim that they have sleeper agents - merely that they severely abused people who were under their protection) - are an absolute violation of the most basic of human ethics. Ergo:

1. There are historical examples of institutions conspiring to commit monstrous deeds.

Note: these examples can't be dismissed as easily as, say, Dr Mengele (a single monster given too much power, despised by his colleagues) nor as "ends justify the means" given the sheer cost in human suffering for such a minor benefit (it is possible to create a 'rational' case for certain false flags, based upon the war; I would still be opposed to it on moral grounds, but those who make it aren't quit demoniac).

Next: while there is no epidemic of rapes on campuses, there are demonstrable and systemic problems with our current society:

A. Birth rates are below replacement.
B. Debt is skyrocketing, resulting in a "rich get richer and control everything" situation.
C. Mental illness and misery are on the uptick.
D. Immigration and social policies are driving our civilization towards suicide.

2. Our society is suffering an illness.

Finally, I will reference my earlier post, which provided a framework for how you can have a conspiracy without it being an official conspiracy.

3. Evil people recognize other evil people.

When you take points 1, 2, and 3, it becomes reasonable to become wary over intentional subversion.

A couple more points:

Paranoia is when you worry about the innocuous, and ignore actual threats. EG: worrying about the minivan driving next to you (are they members of the crypto KGB?) while remaining oblivious the cop car driving behind you.

Even if you're paranoid, it doesn't change the -FACT- that somebody is out to get you. Right now. Somebody in your life is plotting against you.

The correct term for this attitude is caginess, not paranoia; pulling over to a gas station to buy a coke when you see a cop car behind you is cagey; writing down the license plate of the minivan (and risking getting into an accident in the process) is paranoia.

Finally, healthy skepticism is not an excuse to throw out faith. After all, reason is a whore - she'll give anyone a ride. If, during sober reflection, you've come to some sort of conclusion (EG: "I need to work out every day," or "There might be something going on.") when it comes time to put rubber on the road, reason will provide a dozen different arguments as to why you shouldn't.

Those who embrace pure skepticism wind up being blown about like leaves in the wind. This is part of the reason Neo-Atheism turned into Atheism+, incidentally; it's also why "Any institution that isn't explicitly right wing eventually turns to the left." There are dozens of arguments why we should allow select women, or homosexuals, or whatever, to be part of the February 8th meet-up - but the moment we lose faith and follow reason, the nascent institution of neomasculinity collapses before it begins.

It is good to take stock and apply skepticism to our beliefs and actions - find out what corrodes under the acid and what remains - but action and accomplishment requires more than just facts and objective truth. A line in the sand between things that are certain and things that are suspected - yes! But justified suspicions are worth pursuing.

Several of the books and talks I've read on the Occult talk about a religious system where Lucifer is considered the "good god" and the Biblical God is considered evil for hiding enlightenment from mankind. This isn't something hidden, it's a theme you see in pop culture a lot, especially Japanese RPGs for some reason. Basically God or a figure that's supposed to resemble what we normally think of as God in the Judeo-Christian tradition gets depicted as a tyrant who wishes to impose arbitrary laws for no reason and it's up to our band of freedom loving heroes who have nothing but compassion and love for mankind to stop this celestial despot. It's one of the most hackneyed themes in modern pop culture. Metal music (which I should add I really enjoy) is another place where it pops up a lot.

I think one thing is for real, Hollywood has been losing power, and the "stars" themselves are becoming irrelevant, the reason Hollywood and celebrities had power before was because the access to the masses in the first place, just owning a camera was a luxury decades ago, and being able to get people to pay attention to what you di with it was even harder, technology has break the gap between the average men and the masses, just look how News Network need to pick videos from YouTube in order to stay relevant, when I see cable news and some reporter at 3pm says "more tonight at 11pm", it makes me laugh, because whatever they will show I have watched days before.

The fact that pewdiepie has 41 millions subscriber and makes 4 millions Euros every year by just using a stupid voice and playing videogames, tells you alot about how obsolete Hollywood has become.

Hollywood was effectively started by theft. Thomas Edison owned the cameras, and insisted movies follow his moral standards. A group of people (Jews, but probably irrelevant to this discussion) stole some of Edison's movie cameras and went to California, out of reach of Edison's power.

Whether it's a satanic cult or not, one thing is clear: Hollywood is fucked up. Look at the sheer amount of twisted shit that is portrayed in the movies.

The question is when did the transition happen? Hollywood used to be a cinematic powerhouse and produced tons of great flicks like the Westerns, Gone with the Wind, The Godfather etc. Then the 90s rolled aroundnce and you started seeing the emergence of torture-porn movies with insane levels of violence.

I always told my family about this toxic shit. They thought I was some crazy conspiracy nut.

My brother was the only one who listened and believed me.

My sister used to love watching Modern Family.

But ever since Caitlyn Jenner, SCOTUS gay marriage, and many shows peddling some gay demonic shit, my parents and sister are starting to see that I'm right.

They've all started to watch less TV and do more productive things with their lives with my suggestions.

They thought I was crazy years ago but now they're creeped out by the direction we're headed and acknowledge that I was completely dead on.

There certainly is an agenda coming out of Hollywood. It may not actually be "satanic" per se, but there definitely are some amoral people in positions of power there.

My opinion is that it's all about money. They want to do everything possible to maximize their profits. And often, that means that they have to degrade and destroy traditional morality.

Why? Because traditional moral codes stand in the way of unrestricted profit. Hollywood benefits when traditional gender roles decay. Hollywood benefits when respect for one's parents decays. Hollywood benefits when religion is maligned, disrespected, and ridiculed.

So, yes, they do have an agenda. Just like the big banks and Wall Street blood suckers have an agenda.

How do we know? Look at what they produce. Look at what they churn out. Much of it is garbage, designed to exploit people's weaknesses, prejudices, and fears.

On this subject (the depravity of Hollywood) the image that resonates most with me is Goya's "Witches' Sabbath."

   

Just about sums it all up. Look at all these grotesque, hideous faces, all sitting around in thrall of the demon.

Any time a small circle of people is given a huge amount of power, and that small circle is hidden from view, you are going to see a lot of clannish, in-bred, and deviant behavior.

This is just natural and expected.

Vice reinforces itself, and multiplies on its own. It doesn't even need any external agent to propagate.

I get the sense that many entertainers and actors tend to be easily seduced by the promise of money, fame, and power. They will sell their souls to do just about anything.

Just read that whole article, what an interesting read. I had no idea people were fighting for filming rights back in the 1920's.

I did a search on Carl Laemmle and found an article depicting him as a hero who pirated the invention from Edison and released the technology to the world and in the process creating the MPAA.
