This is a question a bit overloaded with mental masturbation. I would say height is very important, as it's one of the first things girls pickup about you and is probably the most common prerequisite women have for men (surmountable by fame, game, or money, of course). The average height in America is supposedly 5'9"-5'10" according to what I've read, but I would guess it's more like 5'11"-6' for white American males. I notice that I subconsciously think of any of my male friends under 5'11" as a "short guy" (who may even still be taller than me). The average height of girls is only 5'5" or so, but at night they often wear heels which gives them another 3"-5" typically.

I think there is a pretty notable exception: my impression is that unusually tall women are somewhat open to somewhat shorter guys. (NOt extremely so)

I've noticed women who are 5'11", 6'1" flirting with me (5'9"), I think the pool of available guys taller than them who aren't taken is so small that they make a conscious decision to open themselves up to shorter guys.

Another thing about that is since height is highly hereditary (90% +) it might be better for very tall girls to find shorter guys or runaway selection can result in her daughters being 6'3" or something which might be a disadvantage due to health or plain oddness.

That´s bullshit, I´m 5´8" and about a third of the girls I've banged have been taller than me. I'm not saying it isn't a factor but just like looks, height is far less important than your game in determining what's possible. If you show that you don't give a fuck about it then odds are a girl won't either.

I have never denied I have "shit" game. So you might be onto something here. It's the reason I found this site and read Roosh's books. If I didn't have problems getting women I wouldn't be here, and while many men on this site don't like to admit it, they are in the same boat as myself.

I'm 5'11" and don't consider height a problem. I do think I would be better off if i was 6'3" though. And my response was not personal experience of being denied by taller women, it was more so life experience/observation of a 29 years.

Fact is, we all go out to bars, malls, clubs, grocery stores, etc. Try looking around and counting how often you see a women with a man shorter than her. It's sticks out like a sore thumb and is not hard to see. And what you will notice is... it's rare.

But hell if you're 5'8" and you kill tall bitches all day, good for you, you are not the norm. Or maybe you are, but while these taller women enjoy having sex with you, they obviously don't enjoy being seen in public with you. Then again I've never been to chile.
