This guy explains very well the phenomenon of the media regarding the new form of entertainment, is mostly focused on the traditional media vs youtube popularity but the point could be applied to ROK as well.

Because of this exposure (Hollywood), I would be on the lookout for very elaborate troll jobs. Who knows what a bored screenwriter might be up to.

I just didn't find it funny. I don't think even a feminist would find it that funny. It was just lame low hanging fruit humor on late night tv.

I was hoping they were going to have a funny spin on a white male dominated Star Wars but once I saw the words "BRAH and "bummer" I knew this was low rent network humor. If you actually thought was creative and funny then we obviously have a much different humor lexicon.
