Heading to Tokyo Thursday for a few days then I am looking for someplace to go from there. A bunch of guys from work were planning on meeting up in BKK but the flights are filling up fast. We all go standby so whatever country in SE Asia has open seats is where I am headed. I hope to catch up with some of you wherever I end up.

Phuket really is an awful island shaped shithole. It's really something when the best time I ever had visiting that place was not too far post-tsunami when all the trash, human trash, touts, scammers, and tourists were noticeably absent.

The local thais in Phuket are quite shitty even to Bangkok Thais.

Arrived in Manila a few hours ago. Planned on using Uber but it wouldn't let me pick the departures area and kept forcing it to the arrival section. I said phuket, and went with a white cab, as they're still reasonable if they use the meter. Driver had a hard time finding my building but we found it after driving around and asking locals. Been a long day and I'm trying to catch up on sleep, but no dice. I'll grab a sim tomorrow, if any of you guys wanna meet up, feel free to PM me. When are the rest of you getting in?

I'll be going to Bali in April with a group of friends and would probably be renting one of the villas there. Here's my problem, my group of friends have girls and the guys are mostly beta dudes who wouldn't be looking to get laid. I could go out to the clubs every night but I'm not sure if my friends are okay with me bringing a girl back. I'm swinging towards a 'No' so I want to get a feel on what are my options if I do pick up in the clubs in Bali but have fucked up logistics? Thanks!
