Also, if you're a guy in college, I highly recommend taking the exercise classes that your school allows. This quarter, I'm taking salsa dancing, yoga, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, all of which are taught by experts and only cost around fifty dollars apiece. They are usually well taught, have a good number of cute girls, and are generally a lot of fun to do. Honestly, doing salsa was more fun than some of the sex I've had in my life....highly highly recommended.

Something else that came to mind today:

I often see guys on the forum asking about where they can find girls who like their particular look. There's a massive thread about "Black Man Game Options", for example, along with a thread regarding travel advice for Asian men. While I don't question the necessity of those threads, I think it's important to understand that the type of women who dig you in particular is not set in stone.

For example, I used to do pretty well with Indian women back at my old university. If I met an Indian girl at a party, I had a fairly good chance of taking of her home, and even if I didn't, I still received a noticeable amount of interest from them. My first daygame lay of my life was with a pretty hot Indian girl back at my old university, and I was consistently hooking up with at least one Indian girl throughout the two years I spent there. Funnily enough, this was despite having a horrible reputation with the Indian community there, and banging several Indian girls who knew each other, which theoretically should have made things harder.

In contrast, the Indian women at my new university barely give me the time of day. The only success I've had with them was fingering two off of Tinder (with no bang or blowjob). I brought one to my room via daygame, but the second I tried to escalate, she left immediately. Any attempts at daygaming them, moreover, are generally met with a cardboard response. Conversely, I do significantly better with black women than I did at my old university. I banged one here who was a legitimate 8, and the general responses I get from them are highly positive.

There are definite trends in the racial composition of the women I've been with. I definitely have done better with black and Indian women, with occasional love from Asian and white girls...but I've received a completely different reception from Indian girls in my current university than my old one. These are both schools in California that are at most a two hour drive away from each other. On a similar but less significant note, white girls at my old university were way friendlier than the ones here...but that might just because I don't approach them as much and don't involve myself with Greek Life, which is where most of them congregate.

In short, while it is likely that your look will attract particular types of women, for whatever reason, men should understand that there is some variance depending on location. Maybe it's a redundant point, but it's one that I didn't fully grasp before experiencing it for myself.

I'm a Singaporean Japanese soon-to-be college student. I say soon to be because we have two year mandatory conscription here in Singapore, I'm 20 and would only be a freshman at 22. I discovered this forum when I was 18 and was red pill ever since. I've lived in Tokyo, Seoul, KL and a couple of other cities due to my father's job. I dont have much experience gaming western cities but am pretty confident on gaming in most of East and South East Asia. Its good to FINALLY have a thread with guys around my age. I've made so many stupid mistakes learning game the hard way and being younger than most gamers hasn't really helped. Be checking this page out from time to time for some gold advice. While practicing game and banging women have their merits, lifestyle changes regarding fitness and attitude are also extremely important. If I had to do everything all over again, I would do it like this:

I'd have started either lifting or doing a serious martial art in freshman year of high school. Being strong or good at a sport develops a form of confidence that is absolutely necessary for young men. I'm a pretty average athlete, but being able to put up a decent-sized deadlift did wonders for my confidence, as did enduring rowing crew practices for two years. I was pretty insecure about my physical fortitude and strength before doing either of these, and while I'm still a pretty skinny guy, I now know that I'm capable of surviving some fairly difficult physical exercise. When guys talk about their history playing sports, I can actually speak up and say something, whereas before I'd sit there like a bitch and mumble about how I did cross country in high school.

The knowledge that you're not actually a pussy is crucial for your inner game, as is the knowledge that if someone tries to put hands on you, worst comes to worst, you can at least make them feel some pain.

For lifting, I should have gotten a coach and learned how to powerlift, not spent two years doing bicep curls and bullshit dumbbell exercises. Above all, I would have learned how to squat and deadlift. I'm still shitty at squats, and I bitterly regret not doing them before college; I would have been a bigger guy, a significantly better athlete, and had a lot more functional strength. In my freshman year, I could dumbbell bench 80 lbs in either hand...but I had no muscle in my legs, so I was still weak as shit, and looked a fucking ostrich. Doesn't matter if you're tall, short, whatever, if you're a young guy, do squats, do them properly, and start doing them now. This is literally one of my biggest regrets as a twenty year old guy.

Also, I would have learned how to fight. I grew up in a pretty coddled upper middle class area, so no one really fought growing up. I got bullied in middle school and the early years of high school, and I could have easily ended it if I had even a basic proficiency in something like boxing or wrestling.

Getting bullied like that definitely fucked with my confidence, and while my social skills are better now, I still harbor some minor complexes that stem from my younger days. I also would have hung out with cooler guys(I love my current friends, but when we were 15, we were huge pussies) and probably gotten laid more in high school...which likely would have carried over to college.

I daygamed a lot second semester of my senior year. I don't regret this at all. If anything, I would have started it a little earlier.

I don't regret rowing in college, but my time might have been better served if I tried joining a fraternity in my first quarter of school. It's infinitely easier to get into a fraternity as a freshman, and as an 18 year old, you'll have a lot more tolerance for the stuff they make you go through. I tried rushing again in winter and the entire process was pretty unpalatable to me...plus, as a junior, I can't just keep mooching off of my parents' money.

As an 18 year old freshman, however, this is a little more excusable...and being more naive, you'll find a lot of the fraternity rituals and processes a lot less gay than you would as a sophomore or junior. I still could have rowed or played another sport while having the great network that Greek Life provides.

Last, but most importantly, I should have learned not to take shit from anyone. I had a great time in my old university, but I definitely let myself get pushed around more than I should have. I think going through some bad friendships and dealing with assholes helped me develop a thicker skin, but I would have a lot more inner peace if I never dealt with it in the first place. So, if you're a younger guy, make standing up for yourself a habit. If someone says something to you that sounds like an insult, it probably is...don't be afraid to talk shit back.

Oh, and above all, don't ever, ever, ever make self deprecating jokes about your race. To men, or to women. This just makes it impossible for people to take you seriously. Self deprecating humor is best employed around people who know you very well...do not be an Uncle Tom in the hopes of getting acceptance from someone else.

Finally, I'd like to encourage other members to put up posts like this: what you would have done differently growing up, what you are/thinking you should be doing in your early twenties.

Advice for young guys: build up your social skills and make friends with people who can introduce you to hot girls (guys and girls). Ultimately you'll have a higher chance at meeting the hottest girls through social circle rather than cold approaching. Both are important skills to have though.

Biggest piece of advice I can give is to be very diligent and disciplined in implementing the things you read here. Im 23 but I joined when I was 20. While I have learned a lot I never really applied myself. Now I've graduated University and Im looking back wishing I did things differently. I always felt it was due to my depression and negative outlook on life but now that Im more mature I realize that it was all a byproduct of overanalyzing myself and life in general. Dont make that mistake. Read, take action, reflect and then repeat the process

What I did not good enough is that the girls of 22 and younger are a bit scared off by the 'date' idea (even 'going for drinks' is maybe too formal). They just want to hang out. In my language we call this 'chillen' (to hang out/chill). Obviously this word is derived from English but it is used in a slightly different context.

I am happy that I learned Spanish too, lived in a few other places, and have an OK GPA+degree and I did a quality internship.

I would said for a young guy to not get into an exclusive LTR. There's so much young pussy walking around campus just waiting to be smashed. If you are in an LTR, I would advise to still play the field and get some game under your belt.

I see kids on campus wasting their time away with fruitless endeavors, getting pissed several times a week, for example.

Focus on your goals. Once you finish Uni, that's when real life starts. Plan ahead.

Also it doesn't hurt to mingle with the older students in their final year or doing their post graduate studies

4) SAVE UP $$$$ to travel abroad to Poosy Paradises like Asia, Eastern Europe.

6) Be careful about having sex with feminist women in general, because she may file a false sexual assault allegation if she "regrets" the sex the night later, or if she is seeking revenge.

As a guy who just finished 1st year of college at a US school, I have some quibbles and additions.

1. If you decide that college is right for you (aka you absolutely need it for your career ie. doctor, lawyer, sciences, or you can graduate with little to no debt), go to the best one you can afford. I recommend large public schools, then elite private schools. Small private schools are by and large not worth it, and small public schools are filled with idiots who couldn't get in anywhere else. Generally, the smaller the school, the more liberally indoctrinated its student population.

2. No need to walk with condoms??? Bring them when you are going to get laid. No need to have them bulging in your wallet in the middle of Econ 101. Buy in bulk and keep in night stand.

3. Go ahead and drink with fun girls. Don't have sex with them if you get the feeling they might be crazy, or if they are very drunk. Consent is pretty clear cut. If she's not into it, stop. Completely not worth it. Steer clear of any girl who claims to have been abused or raped. These girls are very likely damaged. Withdraw from the relationship very carefully. Be weary of developing co-dependent relationships and set strong boundaries for behavior in your relationships with women. I will probably write a post on this in the future. Basically set standards for behavior that girls in your life must adhere to, and set boundaries for yourself as in actions you will not take in relationships under any circumstances. You can certainly get pissed several times per week and focus on your goals at the same time. As long as you don't get so fucked up it affects your next day, what is the harm? Frolicking about in the streets from 8pm to 1am with your best buds, talking to chicks, dancing, socializing, sleeping with different girls, making friends...only benefits. If you are all work all the time, you will burn out, especially in the American college environment. Get on your grind 95% of the time, but go nuts every once in a while. You need to remind yourself why you are working so hard. This is coming from someone who in the last year got piss-drunk 3 times a week at school, pulled down a solid 3.5+ GPA in a hard major, put on 6-7 lbs pounds in muscle, and got with 10 girls in 28 weeks. You can improve in all aspects of your life at college. It needn't be an endless pit of books and essays and theses and presentations. Throw in some parties, clubs, sports, and fights in there and you'll learn a hell of a lot more and be better off for it.

I'm in the upper portion of this age bracket, so here goes.

-Decide your career early. Don't be that dude who switched from pre-med to psychology because he got rejected from every med school.

-Social Circle > Game. Develop both. Social circle = status at this age.

-Always be networking. Since you're still in school, you're at a special stage where adults will help you and not expect much in return, with a few exceptions.

-Leverage your niche. Maybe you can get fake IDs. Or Adderall. Who knows. Be that guy for something.

Depending on the source, rougly 4-5% of cars sold in the US are stick shift. I personally will only buy an automatic if I'm planning on many long road trips for the time period I expect to own the car as cruise control is a really helpful feature for those, but other than that, I can't stand automatic shifting. The unexpected downshifting on hills really grinds my gears.
