My go to is treating her like the child she is and taking things from her that she likes....me.
Sex, affection, cuddles, kisses all that relationship shit she likes comes off the table. I'm operating in the area as if she had some contagious ass skin disease. One or short word responses. Ive just simply walked away during conversations or arguments as well.

As for the type of relationship pretty much anything we're she has become invested in your attention works--the power dynamic (who needs who's attention more) should be in your favor otherwise getting angry makes you look like the child.

I think in most cases, losing your temper means losing or weakening your frame. They almost always go hand in hand.

It may work in the short term, but it gives the girl important information about you, which she WILL eventually use against you (most likely subconsciously) to crush your frame bit by bit.

The ironic thing is, not only will you become miserable but so will she, since an iron frame is what she craves.

I think it's good to lose your temper once or get close once just so she knows it's possible. Obviously don't try to or do it for no reason. Otherwise keep your temper under wraps. You have to be able to control yourself before anyone else.
