While he wasn't fined he was never made Captain of the Australian test cricket team due to his off field antics. He was also lucky to be doing it in an age before smart phones put cameras and recording devices everywhere.

Very odd how this claim( which happened 11 months ago) is coming a few days after the Mel flirting incident...seems like someone is really trying to destroy this man and decided that this was the right time to sue him for something else sexually based for money.

They are trying to get another $10000 out of him.

This is scary. I have no doubt we will soon be living in a world where "gaming" will be illegal. Meh Chris is too big of an attraction for anything to come out of this. The guy literally fills seats when he plays T20 Cricket. The incident itself was a mountain over a mole hill but in the end those white knights have to play to their population. Thats the reality of business. Your only value is the bottom line.

In the world of acting, we often say that you just have to "throw away" lines. That's exactly what Gayle did with his invitation. He just "threw it away." For him, it was no big deal to ask this girl to go out. He may have even forgotten that he'd said it. The lesson learned from this is that you just have to "throw it away."

Yes but they were blocked by the government, not a for profit company. The Government's currency is public opinion/popularity and banning the mentioned entertainers is an easy appeal to the PC crowd.
