I mean, immigrants might do quite good for themselves in the US and Canada (because you have some selection process), but, in Europe, they just have (most of them) horrendous results in education and work. Because we essentially get the "worse" kind of (Sub-Saharan or "Arab") migrants, those who can't make it to the US...

Christians and Muslims both. Nigeria's Muslims in the North have done some violent things towards gays even though as a whole, Nigerians would not go out of their way to harm them. Egypt and the rest of North Africa may not go out of their way either, but the rest of Africa might. I don't know what Ghana or Benin would do. South Africa for that matter. I honestly have not spent that much time reading about it for each country.

TravelerKai, you do have a point. My experience with East Africans (Kenyans, Ugandians mainly) and West Africans, there has never been a kill homo energy with them. It was more of a dismissive approach to them similar to the outlook on people who kiss their dogs in the mouth. However, I can not speak for Congolese, CAR etc in their outlook on this.

The jobs I've seen them take are mostly Temps. Especially in the manufacturing sector. The women often move up into temp supervisors or full hire because of the language/culture barriers and are far easier to talk to.

Or they would all pool their money together , open up a store and run that .

Hypothetically let's say a male teacher said, "I would date you," to a female student while counselling her about being teased. Two possible scenarios:

Teacher is demonised, stalked and threatened by SJWs, eventually being driven from his job.

Teacher has sex with his student, then female student reports it and teacher is demonised, stalked and threatened (x3) by SJWs, eventually being driven from his job. Teacher may also have a false rape claim made against him.

If the teacher was too stupid to realise the inappropriateness of his comment, that's his problem.

What would likely happen under Trump is that all new asylum cases will be rejected or put on indefinite waiting lists. I'm all for this because I don't believe there is any good case for granting political asylum to the U.S. anymore in this day and age.

Asylum in the past 50+ years has been granted for murky geopolitical reasons or blowback from foreign wars the U.S. were involved in.

They can't just send refugees back who were granted asylum through the state department with presidential order though. They go through the normal INS system..for example if they commit a crime before naturalization they can get deported per standard procedure.

A lot of people who have political asylum don't even know that you have to take an extra step to naturalize to begin with.
