Alex Jones is either an agent provacateur or a complete nutjob, here's a vid of a broadcast he did where he claimed the Russians were attacking America as part of Y2K (this was around 2000 new year's).

Nobody should take this assclown seriously.

RE: Alex Jones assasination attempt?!
Nobodies perfect.

Everyone has done stupid shit in their lives. Alex Jones has been in media since his early twenties. He does a 3 hour radio show 6 days a week for the past 20 years.

For those who think that pulling up a few minutes of his stunts or rants completely discredits him....get real.

That would discredit EVERY SINGLE MAN ON THE PLANET as an "assclown".

Alex Jones does some funny things, talks about some interesting things, gets in the government's face, and sometimes gets into the face of Actually powerful people like the interview he had with one of the Rothschilds.

Whenever Alex Jones comes up on this forum his haters come out of the woodwork to shout, "Don't Listen to Him! Please, stop! He's an agent provateur, he's an intelligence agent!"

These sort of posts demonstrate more about the members posting them than about Alex Jones.

I then know that the poster doesn't really like my heritage of liberty, self-fule, and Christian European values.

Because at the end of the day that's what Alex Jones stands for. He's stood for that for 20 years. And you can't fake that for 20 years.

Has he gone through a divorce recently? Maybe. Is he a little crazy? Definitely.

Are the posters who claim he is an "agent provocateur" or a double secret "intelligence agent" or a "Jewish shill" more wacked out than he is? Probably.

I don't have a problem with Alex Jones. His staff is pretty cool, Paul Joseph Watson is def a great guy, the other older guy is a great guy too, and that girl Mcadoo is pretty hot.

The people who foam at the mouth at the mention of his name and scream, "Please, don't listen to him, he's crazzzzzy!!"

Those people, you should watch out for. They are obviously a little unhinged.

Regular people think Alex Jone's is crazy, but funny and interesting and if Republican hold a slightly positive view, and if anti-freedom, have a strong visceral reaction to the mention of his name, and can't help but attack him personally instead of just realizing he's just a person, flawed, and you just gotta take him as he is just like you gotta take everyone else.

He's not a prophet. It's not a "He's a prophet, or a double agent" equation. The truth is he's just a guy from Texas who has a pretty popular radio show, and he hustles products people that like his train of thought are interested in.

He has been wrong about many things, but also pretty dead on on some things.

Things he's been right about:

-Erosion of Civil Liberties.

-Purposeful opening of the border.

-Terrorist attacks are used to take rights.

-The Republican Establishment has no balls and is corrupt. (He's been saying this since 2000.

-The Clinton's suck.

-Flouride shouldn't be in the water.

Thing's he's been wrong about.

-A lot. He's been on the air for 20 years.

I'll let the anti-Jones posters tell you that though. There more passionate than I him about it.

But one major thing I think he's wrong about:

The Power of the Elites. I think their less powerful than they think they are and that regular people have far more power than they know.

There's a fine line between being a gateway and a gatekeeper and it is often difficult to determine which one AJ is.

William Cooper who predicted 9/11 and who was assassinated on his own door step had nothing but disdain for Jones.

Yeah Alex Jones seems to not talk about Jews, but with so many sites these days talking about Jews, especially in the Alt Right, I don't need 24/7 Jew coverage to know what's going on. I unfollowed some people on Twitter because it was just too much.

You definitely don't want the type of readers who crave nonstop Jew coverage.

It still appears there's more questions than answers about Alex Jones. One big clue is that if his supposed year of birth is in fact 1974, then he has been working in conspiracy news from a very young age and this itself is very suggestive.
It seems he's engaged in publicising limited hangouts in order to foment some resentment and distrust of the state by his listeners. Yet interestingly at the same time there are apparently hot topics he steadfastly doesnt touch. Time will tell what the goal of this long-running exercise was, should there later be mass rebellion by citizens in the USA.

Has anyone noticed that the news on InfoWars, Zero Hedge, and RT is converging towards one nationalist narrative? This convergence is happening in the manosphere to a degree as well.

Yeah and I would add news sources like Breitbart and Drudge Report to that as well.

I think it's a very positive thing that the manosphere is converging with other parts of the internet. It brings in new ideas here, as well as spreading neomasculine ideas to other places, attracts new readers and hopefully creates one even larger movement.

The details of the shooting he was talking about seem sketchy at best, but maybe more information will come out about that.

As for the William Cooper thing I don't know anything about that. I'll need to learn more.
Mindblown

However my opinion hasn't changed much after starting this thread, I'm pretty much in agreement with what KorbenDallas said.

He isn't perfect, he's probably too skeptical, negative and passionate for his own good. However that's exactly the kind of person who would do a show called InfoWars and 'PrisonPlanet.tv'. He will make mistakes and get things wrong, but I respect his passion, what he's doing and what he stands for.

I've learnt from watching Donald Trump that people like someone who is positive. He's a lot more positive than other politicians who are saying the same things, and I think that's a big part of his appeal. It conveys strength and gives people hope.

It doesn't matter how bad things get, positivity is very important. I read infowars and listen occasionally but it's mainly the negative tone that can sometimes be hard to listen to. I prefer the other reporters on Infowars.

Also I noticed a lot of the people who would condemn Alex Jones as crazy are the same people who call people like you Roosh, Mike Cernovich or Donald Trump crazy. So I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt and research a lot before jumping on the hate bandwagon like everyone else now. Maybe I'm now biased the other way.

RE: Alex Jones assasination attempt?!
My perspective on Alex Jones is heavily informed with the neanderthal theory that was popular a couple of years ago, but never really went anywhere, because - well, as interesting as it is, it doesn't have an agenda, and it doesn't offer enough narcissistic supply to most people.

Koanic Soul still writes about it on occasion.

Essentially, he's mostly cromag with a bit of melon; primarily mainstream, obedient, prone to irrational bouts of rage, but with the ability to manipulate and spot manipulation... he's just not very good it.

So he detects "the agenda", he knows that he's being manipulated, but he's too blunt in his analysis and his response; he also only knows how to whip up emotions in response to it, manipulating his most loyal followers.

That might all sound very uncharitable, but I honestly have a lot of respect for him. I wish he were more tempered in his responses, but I don't get the scent of villain off of him.

RE: Alex Jones assasination attempt?!
Alex Jones is first and foremost a successful businessman. His website is mainly entertainment and I don't see how anyone mistakes for it anything else.

He was never really a controversial figure, not even 10-15 years ago, there were other far more hardhitting websites in the early 00s, most had a Christian slant though. One of the earliest I remember was Henry Makow, still has a site I believe, wrote on his experience in the Philippines, feminism, jewry, freemasonry and such.

It's rather important to remember that 9/11 launched a whole new field for guys like Alex Jones. Before that, the entire 'red pill' community was centered around Christian conspiracy theorists.

Objectively speaking, Alex Jones is correct on this one.

Heck, why do you think Filipinos revere Benigno Aquino Jr.? Answer that, military glory hunters.

RE: Alex Jones assasination attempt?!
Regarding the "conspiracy theories".

I don't have any information that directly pertains to whether or not Alex Jones is a plant. However I don't rule the possibility out because of three factors:

1) As I mentioned before, he uses NLP techniques common among intelligence services. Pay close attention to how he leads interview questions, hand gestures he makes in interviews, and shifts of intonation.

2) What he says when: there's been a number of times where he deliberately uses misinformation to stir up conspiracy theorists. One example was when he cited military courtesy patrols as being "designed to get citizens used to martial law". It's insane because the "courtesy patrols" are usually four senior enlisted or officers who are tasked with keeping tabs on drunk soldiers on weekends and giving them rides back to base.I've had to do it several times myself. They also aren't going to "get citizens used to martial law" because these patrols are in military towns....where you can't throw a rock into a restaurant during lunch and not hit a soldier. People there are already used to seeing uniforms.

3) Alex Jones consistently demonstrated that he was in touch with the groupthink internal to DoD. Every organization has that group think and you don't know what those attitudes are unless you're both self aware enough to notice it (very few are) and a part of that community yourself. It isn't any large thing I can point to.....there's just a lot of small things he's written over the years that literally nobody other than CIA/Military types would think to write.

The best way I can explain it is to use the analogy that nobody except political campaign types would ever think to talk about the "optics of this situation", and it wouldn't occur to anyone other than investment bankers and management consultants to talk about "leveraging synergies".

Also VERY interesting link about the Neanderthal history. There's a guy named Glen Kealey you should look into, as well as Darius Arqanum....however most of Darius's work has been forced off the open web and he only operates on the dark web and via one on one correspondences.

RE: Alex Jones assasination attempt?!
The complaints against him in the circles I frequent(further right) are not about his being crazy or anything so simple.

The first complaint is his obsession with mysterious unnamable groups/entities when simple wiki searches would pull up real names and associations.

The second is lumping together real news and events with questionable content. In essence applying the 'crazy' attribute to anyone talking any topic thst could be labeledcconspiracy. As such there is value on his sites, the majority of the articles may even be gold, however when you bring up his name you will be associated with what he screams the loudest. The nonsense.

RE: Alex Jones assasination attempt?!
Easy C:

Alex has talked at length about his family members who were high up in the CIA, and cousin who's in the military.

Usually intelligence agents are recruited in college right?

Alex Jones dropped out of college.

So, are you saying he was trained in High School?

Can't anybody study NLP?

He's a talented radio host who covers a lot of good stuff, but also is very money hungry.

He milks his audience for their funds by overhyping things somewhat, I totally agree with that criticism.

But I mean come on with this double agent crap.

Is there anybody more demonized in the media than Alex Jones?

Anybody more ignored considering they've broken some major stories and has a HUGE audience?

What is wrong with simply acknowledging that people on the right aren't perfect? Everyone on the left gives fellow leftists passes on much more egregious things, but somehow on this forum, which is supposedly free thinkiners, you have many commenters have this weird hatred of Jones and "conspiracy theories".

Anyone with any experience or even second hand experience knows that life is stranger than fiction and that crazy stuff is happening all the time.

Alex Jones fills a market need and promotes people to vote: Ron Paul, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, and now Donald Trump.

He also preaches that both parties are screwing everybody, and has vehemently gone after powerful people in the US including the Clintons, Bush's, Rockefellers, and even got a Rothschild on his show and made him look kinda stupid if you listen to the interview.

I agree with Easy C that Jones is a very good maninpulator of his audience, and probably knows NLP.

But he also is an actual patriot and talks with so many great anti-establishment people regularly.

His guests include: Ron Paul, Adam Kokesh, Project Veritas, Peter Schiff, Head of Gun Owners of America, Ted Nugent, and any anti-establishment candidate to go on his show.

He tells people to get involved in politics locally, to buy silver and gold which protects against inflation, to arm yourself, he's promoting manosphere ideas through Paul Joseph Watson, he repeatedly talks about how he might have more kids and how its a good thing to have children, etc...

He's also too negative, which, is why he's no Donald Trump, who's immensely more successful but also more positive.

He's a mixed bag, but mostly a good guy, and someone I would enjoy being with for limited periods of time to pick his brain.

I just can't believe the Jones hate and the "double agent" conspiracy.

Onto the Bill Cooper audio:

Bill Cooper talks about how Jones lied about him one time, but then goes on to say that he henceforth was invited on many times to Jones show again, but refused, because Jones lied about him once!

When Trump first entered the scene Jones slandered him for weeks, now he's all on his cock.

Listening to Bill Cooper, he might have been assassinated, or his neighbor might have killed him. He did not sound psychologically sound. Not saying he wasn't killed, the Bin Laden warning about a false flag they'll blame on him was pretty eery, but who knows. I bet he was killed myself, but that's besides the point. He really didn't saying anything that remarkable about Jones in that clip.

Jones is obviously just sorta an indepedent who makes wild claims, lies, but overall, breaks a lot of interesting stories and does a good job resisting gun confiscation and exposing the Federal Reserve and big bank corruption.

I mean am I even getting anywhere? Do people just not realize that everyone else is just a human flailing around making as many dumb mistakes and stupid comments as everyone else?

RE: Alex Jones assasination attempt?!
I never expected to fall into such a deep rabbit hole after posting this thread.

I was up until half 3 last night reading that vault.co website and other links posted here. I've been doing the same today. I also just saw Roosh's latest article on the Hegelian Dialetic. I'd never heard of that before but you explained it very succintly.

A radio show can't go into anywhere near as much detail, with evidence to back it up, as these written articles can.

The feeling I have now is similiar to when I started to scratch the surface of this stuff in the migrant invasion thread and got a week ban for having a bit of a meltdown in there. It's also similiar to when I first started reading what Roosh, Heartiste and others had to say about the red pill, feminine imperative and things like that. Although that stuff seems like joyful and lighthearted reading in comparison to this.

All I can say is I feel sick as well as incredibly uninformed and ignorant. I had no idea how much information is being covered up. The the Neanderthal, Cro-Magnon, Homo Sapiens theories are incredibly interesting and illuminating if true.

I have much more research to do before I feel I can even talk about these things now.

Thanks for sharing those links.

You're kind of missing the point. I'm not saying that he "is" an intelligence agent, I'm saying that he's too consistent with the internal culture of the US intelligence/defense complex to not have some strong ties.

That doesn't necessarily mean he's a plant. I honestly have no idea what he is because there's some times when he acts like a provocateur and other times he's accurately covered legitimately shady shit going on that nobody else in the media (except Glenn Greenwald at the time) was talking about.

The issue with Vault Co is that he believes absolutely anything without any evidence. You can make up a story about melonhead history right now, put it on a wordpress blog, and he'll link it saying to his audience, "See, told you so!"

There's no doubt for me that Neanderthals will eventually be proven to make up way more of the European genome than the 2-4% claimed now. Neanderthal DNA is most likely what makes European have different hair color, different eye color, the pale skin even. Neanderthals were for hundreds of thousands of years adapted to cold, they also had larger brains than humans, though it is believed much of it was used for visual perception and night vision. The Neanderthal of course was the true world dominator, living and thriving in harsh conditions hundreds of thousands of years before the Sapien made inroads into Europe.
