I actively spit game around 9 months this year, which equates to 9 girls a month when I was putting in an effort.

I wake up without an alarm and go to the gym. Come back home and work online while messaging girls. Usually have a date a night (around 4-5 a week) and I'd go out 2 times a week.

Total Notch Count: 26 (19 of those since late 2014)

Most of this years are from online, mainly Tinder, with a few SNL's from bar/club/house party.
I could have gotten more but I got burnt out for a few months from midway in the year and just stuck with my plates until summer came around and I got back in the mood.
I bettered my goal for 2015 which was an average of one new notch per month and increased quality. Going after better quality hurt my overall notch count but IMO quality is the greater goal than quantity.

Highlights

Haven't had those checked, though I'm a pretty frequent reader of the T-Thread and it did indeed cross my mind my levels may be low. One of my plans for 2016 is making an appointment with my doctor regarding having my blood tested. My general health is good, no troubles whatsoever.

I'm lifting 3-4 times a week and my diet is 'ok'. Not counting macro's but I do try to keep my diet clean and healthy besides the occasional cheating. I started lifting 6 months ago after being out for a few years. Sadly had to quit pretty soon after due to medical issues (knee surgery). However I was able (and allowed) to start again 2 months ago. In those six months I've lost over 20 lb's and reduced my fat % from 25% -> 16%. Also made some pretty good progress in building muscle which is making me doubt if this is a T problem.

Not taking any supplements as of now, but reading into them a bit to find out which to buy.

Looks like I ended 2015 with 41.

Mostly Colombianas, a platter of Dominicanas, and a sprinkle of some Pinays. For the first time in my adult life, I did not pick-up a new notch from an American girl.
