Penthouse magazine hasn't been remotely relevant for ages. According to Wikipedia, its circulation in 2012 was a pathetic 109,792 — down from MILLIONS at its peak in the 70s & 80s. (I surmise it's even lower now.)

The only thing more astonishing than the fact that they're publishing photos of a trashy fat woman, is that the magazine is still publishing at all.
