Got that driving license yet? Done anything towards getting it?
To get drivers license, you can take a "fast course" which will be a couple of weeks of driving and doing theory every day until you do your theory test and drivers test. Costs money thou.
What I have done is download a theory program which you can use to practise drivers theory.

How much is the cost compared to buying steroids?
Drivers license: Around 1800 dollar.
Steroids: Around 40 dollar for one vial of testosterone.

How long will it take you to save that money?
In a village of 5000 people you're fucked. You can't do anything with that, social circle, girls, jobs, or anything. Your only action at the moment should be in the direction of leaving that village, and heading to the nearest full-size city. Getting a drivers license sends you in that direction.
Whilst a drivers license is a right of passage and a ticket to freedom for many a young man, if OP wants to move to a city then he doesn't need one. Once you factor in the costs of a car, insurance and tax as well as the training, that's a few months rent right there.
I'd jump on the bus bag in hand.
I'm sure it's been mentioned, but the key to achieving something is simply to start. That first step. That first victory however small to increase your momentum.

Exactly. In a town that small, if you didn't start with game you have a pretty good chance of being involuntarily celibate.
If an approach went poorly at my agricultural hometown of 8,000 people, the girl would have told all her friends and after a few more cases like that I'd be fucked. Social circle game was basically required.
Here, however, it's a much larger college town so I rarely see the same group of people twice, which means I can get away with more so I try more. Many of the posters on this board are from much larger metropolitan areas so they don't know how much of a wasteland it is in a small town.
Save up some money and move to a town of at least 25,000 people. A college town would be greatly preferable.

I will be in a college town of 350-400.000 people, 8 months from now. Student dorm room is included. So the logistics situation will be fixed by then.
However its 8 months til then .. I would need to get my sexual experience up to speed again I think, Its literally years since I had sex with a girl now. Maybe I should try out some online dating.

Hey man, I'm 26 and I live with my parents, it sucks but our life isn't over yet.
Look at it this way, you have a college degree in a competitive field, you can likely find a better job and get your own place (that puts you way ahead of me).
Finding friends? I'm not going to say it is "easy" to find good friends, that just is not true. It is easy to meet new people who are kind and have the same interest as you. Try googling any type of group meetings in your city where people have the same interest as you.
You can turn things around, just try to change small things about yourself each month until you get to a spot where you're secure about who you are. As long as you are improving, then there is nothing to be ashamed about.

Are you supplementing with anything? I'd suggest Vitamin D and Zinc, plus ginkgo biloba.
Also, how is your diet? I presume fairly clean as you've achieved success in the gym.
Are there no even remotely attractive girls on these small courses? Good effort in making that first step by the way.

Yeah man my diet is spot on and have been so for a very long time. I supplement with Vitamin D 5000-10.000 UI a day, and also zink with magnesium (ZMA). Never tried ginko, maybe should try it out.
The courses is over the net only, so no meet ups. The only reason Im doing them is to be able to go back to university 7 months from now.

Or just maybe, you live in a fucking village with your mum in your late twenties. Obviously you feel bad, so fucking what?
Give the forum an update on your actions since the start if the year. Specifically address actions you've taken with regard to your original whinge: no drivers license, getting out of the village, earning more money, etc.
7 months is a long time to waste just waiting.

RE: The life of a 27y, living with mom, huge failure, is it even possible to fix?
Update
Alright guys, first of all I want to thank you all for helping me out in this thread, I got a LOT of motivation from many of your responses and it got me going.
The last couple of months ive:
1. Got my drivers licence
2. Bought a (shit) car
3. Moved out of my mothers basement to an apartment of my own, Its an old friends apartment that I get to have til I move to the new city in the end of august.
4. I set up an online profile on tinder and got a date immediately, she said I was hot and all that shit .. well IRL I was kinda pretty damn nervous which I know for sure shined thru and it did not end in a bang-session, then afterwards she did not text me back, this fucked up my self confidence for a bit and I havent even "tried" since.
This is whats happening now:
At the end of august, err rater the 15th, Im moving to a new town for 3 years in college. The town per se is not that large, but the college per se and campus is pretty damn big so thats great, I will live ON campus with basicly thousands of students around me.
Now I need help how the fuck to get going there, I need to build some kind of social status quickly - this is basicly my shot to fix my shit with women.
Im not neccesarily aiming for the top right away, but I would really like to get part of a large social group that parties alot, get new friends and have sex with lots of different girls. A girlfriend is NOT on the map, rather a couple of fuck buddies and frequently new college girls to bang.
I will also start to train BJJ at a somewhat well known bjj-gym in that town, hopefully that will lead to some great connections and friends. I used to compete in judo as a kid and I think I have somewhat of a natural talent for grappling/wrestling sports.
My social skills are low/decent, Im FAR from some "hard case" or "weirdo", 99% of people most likely think Im pretty normal, however my social CONFIDENCE is low, most likely because Ive been a shut-in for years living basicly socially isolated, like a loser.
My SEXUAL confidence is low, as I havent had frequent sex for YEARS. I will get some fucking cialis and other shit to get going the first couple of times as Im not confident I will fuck that good after so long time of celibacy.
I would like to have some tips/help on how to get things going in my new town, as I said my primary goals is to get a good group of friends, build decent social status in the college atmosphere and get a rotation of girls to bang. As of right now my mind is blank and I dont know how to "start it all".
Thanks again and Im really glad for all help I can get.

Dude, this is par for the course with online dating. Even a 50% bang ratio on first dates is impressive. Even the best players don't hit it out of the park every time.
Get out there and keep trying with the ladies.
"I can count on one hand, literally, the number of women I have ever met that can take that kind of advice, accept it and make use of it without their epic egos setting metaphorical fire to the conversation.
Most women "looking for advice" are in reality looking for someone to validate their cosmic victimhood, because it's not really their fault, because it's never their fault. This behavioural trait isn't absent among men, but when we fail society cares not, while when women fail there is no shortage of comforting platitudes on offer from every vector."

You've made great progress! Echoing Phoenix, I suggest you stop dwelling on your past, just stop that immediately. We all make mistakes, we reflect/learn/adapt, and we move on. Your focus is on your future, which will be even better.
