One of my favourite takeaways from a Tiger Woods documentary I watched a few years back, is that when Tiger was cheating on his wife, he was dumpster diving, and the media (I think it was the National Enquirer) had to wait to find a suitably hot girl he had fucked before publishing details of the infidelity.

Opioid and paid killers can fuck you up and render you inhebibrated just like booze can. So technically yes, you can blow a blood alcohol level of 0.0 and still be classified "Under the influence". Same thing as getting busted driving while high on weed.

If you ever have the joy of a colonoscopy they'll tell you specifically not to drive or even make important legal decisions for a good 24 hours after the procedure is done - mainly because the anaesthetic involved, propyphol, i.e. the Michael Jackson drug, affects your decisionmaking capacity. Doesn't require alcoholic inebriation at all.

People that sip syrup/codeine while driving pass out at red lights, stop signs, or just the street. Codeine is an opiate based drug just like the painkillers. They get charged with DUIs as well.

From what i understand of what happened.. he had an operation and has to take painkillers... he pulled himself over on the side of the road to sleep it off and thats when they got him.

Tell them something like "Oh you must smell that apple turnover I just ate." and you will be lucky not to be beaten, and they will haul you in. Not everyone smokes weed. Is it likely Tiger smokes for pain management? In Florida? That's not likely either.
