They even returned the kid back to his "mother".

Veridiana Pardo Meo Erbskorn, 47, was arrested at her home in Coweta County Tuesday night, after a sibling of the victim called police.

Cops who arrived on the scene found a Brillo pad soapy with blue cleaning chemicals, indicating it had recently been used.
