As I type this I am sitting in a coffee shop (chain starts with an S).

First thing I notice about all the older dudes that are in here, is that they ALL have a belly.

Second thing, is that they are ALL wearing some funny looking golf shirt or plaid shirt or their style is lacking.

Some cute girl walked in here just now, they all broke their necks to stare at her.

I cannot image any young girl being into these dudes.
I will say one guy does hang around with this nice looking young blonde girl, based on their interactions I suspect it is not his daughter. Maybe I will ask one of the barista's later on, what the deal is.

Some guys love to beat an old horse, online game is dead.
I know many young girls that are on dating sites, but they use it as a back-up. Yes, they have Snapchat/IG for validation and likes.
SA is the only site I would consider using, but dealing with those delusional girls hurts my head. Again, there is a good SA thread in the private section - you still need strong game.

Miami has a lot of things I hate-fake ass people, corruption, high prices, shitty customer service. One thing about Miami I like is if you are an older man you can approach younger women and it is not weird. I am 41 and I only approach women in their 20's- a few caveats-
1) I am in really good shape and have no belly, this means I look good in a swimsuit-it bears repeating I HAVE NO BELLY
2) I do ok financially, I am far from rich but I have a decent car and I live in a decent area
3) I spend the money to dress well, and be in the right places(I party in Brickell, Midtown and SOBE, I work out in Equinox)
4) I do NOT let attractive women I want pass me by, and I always approach with confidence. If I want her I go after her.
5) I had to learn as much as I love 2 Pac I had to get current with my music (Google top 100 songs of 2017 and get a playlist) playing music that was cool in 2001 makes you look out of touch.
6) Weeknights in bars and lounges give me a far better ROI than nightclubs on the weekends. I will take a date to a nightclub but I will not go there looking for women terrible ROI
7) I lie about my age by omission or directly- I have no shame, women here lie about their age too, they have no shame.
8) I never ever take women to dinner, it is always a loss. I never meet a girl out with her friends, it is always a loss(she expects you to buy her and her friends drinks and you have to deal with a chick you are not fucking giving you shit tests-double loss!)

Those are all solid points and must-haves if you want a good chance to get with young girls.

First off, good suggestion would be to avoid all fried foods and any foods with high saturated fat(unsaturated is ok). Also avoid all pop and any sugary drinks, especially with high fructose corn syrup as a sweetner as those are the type that stays in your body longer and converts into fat easily. Try to eat as little processed foods as possible. Most foods should be naturally made. It helps in this arena if you do have some money as a lot of the fancier places have fresher ingredients and is made from scratch rather than processed.

Second, If you're not used to working out or just feel you don't have a lot of time, start with the basics of push-ups every other day. Run on the off days you're not doing pushups. You don't have to run long distances, just start off with a 1/2 mile minimum. If you're not an endurance guy, just do a couple 1/2 mile stints and increase. Or do one 1/2 mile stint to get everything loosened up and do half dozen sprints. Every body type is different and people will get different results but the reason why I didn't mention sit-ups is that sit-ups tend to BUILD or bulk up the stomach muscle. If you're not losing the fat first, your stomach will actually seem bigger as the bigger stomach muscle will also push out the fat further, giving you the appearance of a bigger belly. Once you start losing the belly fat, then you can start on the various styles of sit-ups to further tone your muscles.

Third, you wanna dress a bit edgey. Everyone can wear the same crap as a plain polo and stuff. The biggest thing these days is "Slim Fit", "Stretch", "Smaller Sizing", "Tapered", "Skinny", "Taylored", "Fitted". These are all words used in the young man's vocabulary to describe clothing these days.

Throw out all your pants and shirts, even the ones that feel like they fit good and tight. The cut and design of the pants/shirts these days are way different. Look for "Slim Fit" clothing. They'll say it right on the label. Go shop where all the young guys shop. You don't have to spend a fortune to look good. No young girls these days checks out labels or are that brand concious like they were when we were growing up.
In fact, I've gotten the majority of my clothes at places like Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Burlington(my fav). You can go to places like Hollister, H&M, etc but then you may not be as unique IMO.

Next you gotta work on your social attitude and conversation. Try hanging out at bars after work hours during the week and converse and befriend the young guys. That's the only way you get an insight into how the younger generations thinks and what kinds of things they prioritize. Don't do this on a weekend as all the young bucks are trying to game and don't wanna be bothered.

I tried conversing when I first started with young gals in their 20's and literally it's like they are on another planet.

Pull up iTunes chart toppers and listen to some songs, watch youtube vids on them, read gossip news on them. You don't need to spend too much time but just enough to start topics on and then you let the girl ramble on. I've been experimenting with concert game(dunno if there is such a thing). But I like going to concerts and I'll buy up tickets to various ones including young groups. This is a good way to dangle that carrot in front a gal.

Lastly, the ONLY way to get young gals(in their early 20's) if you are over 40 is to daygame IMO.

Just as a reference point, this was me Jan of this year BEFORE I started hitting the weights. Taken on an off day when I didn't just work out. LOL. This was just on pushups and moderately running.

As older guys, we can't get by with just good eating(maybe some can). I generally recommend multi-vitamins. I've experimented with many supplements before but generally I don't like to be dependent on them. The best and most simple thing is to get Centrum Silver multi-vitamins. I've seen the ingredients list and they do cover items that older guys need like Selenium, Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin D3, Niacin, etc. Just taking this is good enough IMO.

If you're constantly tired or schedule after work dates like me then I've found "Boost Ultimate" sold on Amazon to be effective on keeping you energized. It contains many popular herbs that are sold individually in one pill. It also helps you to lose a little weight and get cut more easily.

If you wanna bulk up and get even a better workout when lifting weights, get L-Arginine(amino acid) pills. Pure ones. They make your body like you just got done pumping iron and keeps your muscles on the inflated side. Also if you take a high dose, it's suppose to help with ED. All those other supplements that are out there are mainly comprised of L-Arginine as the main ingredient. I don't really know if you need the one that has both L-Arginine and Citrulline as Citrulline eventually converts into L-Arginine. I've tried both but am fine sticking with L-Arginine only as I didn't notice too much difference. There are many brands but just go with one that has had good ratings and is cheap. They are all the same besides marketing and packaging.

Agree with SilverFox - a 40+ subforum would be great. The 40+ thread varies a lot - at times it's about testosterone, other times personal finance, and not often enough about Game in my opinion.

Daygame is tempting, but just seems difficult to me. Most girls are not into considerably older men, so the approachable market becomes small. Say maximum one in five could see themselves dating an older guy, then she needs to be single, so maybe 1 out of 10 girls on the street would be open to meet someone older. Then you need to game and attract that one in ten. Bit of a needle in a haystack - or have you got techniques or methods to screen beforehand for girls who are up for it?

Sad thing about chitown72's picture is that at 40+ he is in better shape and has a flatter stomach than 95 percent of men his age, and 60 percent of men half his age- Point being if you are in shape like chitown72 you are already doing damn good- and that was BEFORE he hit the iron-Imagine what chitown72 (or you!) could do in a year if you dedicate yourself to the gym. Another benefit of Equinox is the classes, they are 45 minutes to 1 hour and brutal- also the membership costs enough that you do not want to miss a day ( and the women in those classes and the gym are fun as hell to look at and be around!).

Am I understanding you correctly in that you CAN get 15-20yo younger dates online but not in real life? This seems to be the opposite of most IMO and backwards thinking.

Where do you hang out? The one place I found lately, especially in the summer is the train actually. It only works if you're in the crowded city that has trains going out to the burbs. Generally all the younger gals will take the train home before their curfew like 8-10pm from the city center, also since they aren't old enough to get into bars/clubs. Even though I'm older, I couldn't believe the amount of IOI's I was getting from these younger gals. Just hang out at a train station about 1/2 hour before the train departs.

I just moved back to my old college town and I can say the best way to describe the younger dudes here, and even a lot of the dudes in their mid 20's to 30's, is Pure Soy. G hit that right on the head.

Thanks man but I think it also depends on where you live/your genes/eating habit/etc. And trust me, it wasn't an overnight thing. I didn't work out from 25-35 where I was pretty chunky. The ONLY thing that helped me somewhat from 35 onwards was all the house remodel/rehab projects in carrying heavy wood, cement, etc. I normally work in IT at the desk job so that definitely didn't help.

Personally, for maximum sustainability, I don't believe in extremes but moderation. Moderation in EVERYTHING in life. For example,
- I only eat until I content, not until I'm full. During all holidays, I make sure I don't eat more than a plate worth of food.

- I don't drink beer(wine and mixed drinks is all I'll have).

- I'll make ways to do a bit excercise and keep up my heart rate. I'll walk during lunch, take the stairs instead of elevator, find empty conference room and do some pushups.

- Found out taking too many supplements is not good.

- Yes, having 4 different lays in one week consecutively gave me ED the following week. LOL

- Even when watching TV, I'll sometimes raise my legs to strengthen stomach muscles.

Maybe I'm blessed but I dont' really work that hard for my body. I really do believe in moderation and not over doing it. I would recommend the guys not used to working out to just take it easy and start off gradually but consistently. Muscle mass doesn't form overnight and you lose at least 10% of it after 40. Also remember to put your ego aside and focus on technique and form. Forget how much weights you can do or how many times. I see this all the time at gyms from guys with high ego's. In fact, I don't even go to the gym. I just use the Soloflex adjustable dumbells at home for now. I may start going soon though...

The biggest thing for me was when I hit 45yo. I started losing muscle mass and my shirt size went down by a half. I could def see a lot of changes at this age, in which I had to work harder to achieve the same.

You understood me sort of correctly I do get those dates online, and good quality as well (recently a black 23 y.o. model I saw for a few weeks when she had just moved to my city). The thing is I don't even try daygaming - I'm probably too rational, it just seems that the odds are against me when approaching "cold". What would you say your success rate is. If you open 100 girls, how many dates will you get and how many lays?

If I cold approach 100 women (after they show some interest- a lingering glance, turn their body my way, ect) I will get 70 contact info (usually a phone number -but also IG, snapchat, ect), out of the 70 I will get a consistent back and forth with 40, out of the 40 roughly 30 will agree to a date and show up, out of the 30 that show up roughly all will make out with me at the end of the date but only 10 will have sex with me ultimately(either first date or eventually on the second or third date). This is cold approach when I do not know these girls, this is the first time I ever saw them and have no connection to them prior- Also this is assuming I am not on a hot streak , on a hot streak it can go up to 30/100 and get ridiculous where I have to cancel dates because I am meeting women and things are happening same day with no planning, sometimes within hours (I have never had a hot streak while gainfully employed or outside Atlanta or New York).
