Empirical proof of women's lifetime Sexual partners using Microchimerism
Disclaimer: As a layman, I am creating this thread for theoretical purposes only. It may be totally off base. If you are more well versed on the topic of Microchimerism, please chime in on the feasibility of this.

Theory

What if there was a way to measure a woman's lifetime sexual partner count? That would be an absolute game changer in the dating and marriage market. Much like paternity tests, men would now have an empirical tool to measure the honesty, and viability of their partners. Here is my theory:

I've only read the topic briefly, but it suggests that Microchimerism provides a vector for male DNA to enter a female's body through unprotected sex. While the amount of DNA transmitted is tiny as a percentage of their DNA as a whole, any trace of foreign DNA could be used as proof that unprotected sex occurred. If there are multiple instances of foreign DNA, it may be possible to get an accurate gauge on the minimum number of partners they had unprotected sex with. Therefore, tests could be developed to detect foreign DNA as a proxy for their number of minimum lifetime sexual partners.

Imagine the effect this would have on modern society. It would be transformational, perhaps as big as the invention of the pill.

Possible Effects

Women demanding marriage may now be faced with men who would demand this test before committing to them. Sure, women might counter with "You don't trust me, otherwise you wouldn't be asking for that." But a man could counter with "I trust you, but this will help me to be sure, and will only strengthen my faith in you when it confirms what you've already told me."

Insurance companies might demand these tests before paying out claims. Higher sexual partner counts increase the risk of STDs, cervical cancer, and other health issues.

Women would have a permanent record of their indiscretions. This would be the biggest fear for most women I suspect. Even if they managed to find a dyed-in-the-wool beta who would never ask for the test, they'd still have the permanent record existing in their very DNA. This could scare the hell out of most women into avoiding high N counts.

Could be used to determine if cheating occurred. Pre-marriage and post-marriage results could be compared to see if the number of unique foreign DNA specimens has increased. This would further discourage women from infidelity.

May usher in a renaissance of sexual morality. Women would fear being discovered for the dirty little tarts they are. Women who already rode the carousel would have more difficulty finding a husband, and younger women would try to avoid the same fate by lowering their number of sexual partners. (haha, yea right, but one can dream)

Limitations

Would not reveal the number of sexual partners who used a condom. Many women would catch on, and adapt by forcing men to use a condom for discrete sex. However, there would still be the women who seek out reckless activities who would be too impulsive to demand this often. There would also be the cohort of women from the post-AIDs, pre-test era who've engaged in rampant unprotected sex. If their results became widespread knowledge, it would be a red pill for many people.

Most men wouldn't demand the tests. Much like paternity testing, only a small number of men would use them. However, the high earning alpha types would probably demand them before marriage, probably resembling the popularity of pre-nups. If the results were consistent and shocking enough (such as 30 partners vs. a claimed 5), awareness of modern womens' nature would spread, and men would increasingly demand the test.

Questions on feasibility

Is this possible?

Would it be possible to distinguish between DNA from sexual partners and DNA from blood transfusions? My suspicion is that the amount and complexity of genetic material in sperm is much greater than that of blood. People who've undergone blood transfusions are also a small minority. However, I see this as being a possible argument against the test's viability.

Would there be a decay rate in the appearance of foreign DNA? For instance, is foreign DNA cleansed from the host body after 1 year? 5 years? Does it remain permanently?

No, and I doubt it. Guys are marrying girls all the time who they know banged their last few boyfriends, at the very least. (That would be considered a "good girl" today.) The only way to decrease the number of partners is to get them to marry when younger.

If only you knew how bad things really are.

Even if this technology is made available it would never ever enter the market. Women detest any kind of product that takes away their sexual bargaining power. Just look at the way they are lobbying against sexbot.

Not to mention a lot of guys would prefer to be blind about the truth than facing the fact that he's attracted to a big whore. Paternity test exists already and quite few men make use of them even when they should have.

I love this idea. When it comes to courting and marrying a girl, there's nothing worse than being lied to by a supposed "virgin" when she'd taken a dozen cocks on the side between the day you met her and the day you put that ring on her finger.

The fact that feminazis are going to fight this like they're fighting sex bots makes my blood boil. We men just need to tell them to fuck off and force it on the market somehow. Let the feminists scream. We ain't gonna roll.

As others have stated, this will likely never go mainstream. But for guys like us this would be a huge step to gain some control back over marriage/relationships. If such technology existed, I would actually consider marriage again if I found a woman with a science-backed number below 3. It's also a good way to verify trust. Ask her in the beginning of the relationship, then before you marry you do the test. If the (low) numbers match, she's a keeper. Of course it's not the only criteria but you catch my drift.

I'd assume genetic science would eventually get good enough to detect something like that, but you'd get a lot of false positives from non sexual fluid transfers (blood transfusions, drinking after somebody, double dipping appetizer cups, using the same toothbrush, maybe even bumping into a sweaty person and absorbing their sweat through your skin).

Most of these false positives would probably be from other women. Believe me, tons of women think nothing of using other people's toothbrushes. Girlfriends share all kinds of gross stuff.

RE: Empirical proof of women's lifetime Sexual partners using Microchimerism
I acknowledge your doubts, but we need think you need to think outside the box on how to get this to market and become mainstream. Here would be my plan:

1) If it's feasible, court the idea to Middle Eastern countries. There is already an existing culture demanding modesty of women, protests be damned. It is common for men to demand an intact hymen before marriage. But it's not a guarantee, as hymen reconstructive surgery is widespread, and can still dupe a man. For these men, an additional layer of proof would be welcome. I could see this test becoming mandatory in these countries for women expecting marriage. If it would be a costly test to research and develop, the gulf states have deep pockets and could do it. I expect they'll go to great lengths to decide whose worthy of becoming one of their 4 wives, and who will be in their harems. The Saudis are above criticism due to the petrodollar system, so media/SJW protests on this method will be minimal. Once it's developed, it could probably be done with a cheap and simple blood test.

2) As it becomes common in MENA, some Asian countries will adopt it. In places like China, high earning businessmen and sons of oligarchs will demand it of prospective brides. The study of genetics has largely become the third rail in the West, but it's still actively being researched in China. This test will be the same. It might spread to other Asian countries that are still somewhat traditional.

Indonesia, a developed Muslim country with a large non-Muslim population will provide the western expats' first exposure to it. Expats looking to marry a local might propose the idea of having the test done. By now it will be relatively common among a large portion of the women there. Women competing for the same few men will look for any leg up on their peers, and even some of the non-Muslim women will agree to go through with it, increasing it's popularity. Women who aren't willing to go through with it may be seen as suspect, and avoided, further increasing the incentive for women to have it done.

3) Through Indonesia, it spreads to other SEA countries. Places like the Philippines, where women are desperate to escape poverty, may be willing to take it in order to convince their sponsors that they're really a virgin. Many men who are jaded with western women are already actively searching these places for a potential wife who isn't steeped in feminism. As the reputation of Pinays fucking guys on the side spreads, sponsors will be more reluctant to marry. Women there might be willing to take the test as a last ditch effort to convince their sponsors they've been faithful.

I could see it becoming more common that way. There's many women competing over few guys there, many falsely claiming to be virgins while collecting monthly payments. There's also lots of virgins with average looks who get passed over by the stunners there. After all, there's no way to tell for sure, but the test might change things. By having in their profile "NBFFL, I can prove it, willing to take the test, just looking for serious", they can now stand out among the other hos and increase their chance of landing their dream guy. The mating market is zero sum, and women will do anything to give themselves a leg up.

Men could broach the subject during the petition process. When she asks for an allowance, or money to travel to the bureau of immigration or whatever to get her papers done, a guy could say "I've also included x amount in order to get the test done." If she protests, a guy could say "We don't have to get married. We could just stay together, there's no reason to make it official if you already trust me. But I'm willing to prove you can trust me by getting married. I'm just asking you to do the same. It will just prove to me what you've already told me, and besides, since I know you're telling the truth you've got nothing to worry about."

4) It spreads to Europe. As it becomes popular in the MENA nations, they will take it with them to their enclaves in Europe. Muslims living in Europe will demand it, and health providers will be forced to make it available in order to be politically correct. Muslims are a higher priority victim group compared to feminists. The cover up of Islamic rape culture in England and refugee centers proves that.

5) After it becomes available in the West, high earners may start demanding it in addition to prenuptial agreements. Admittedly they will be a minority, but it will make it an available option. For the men on the forum, they could follow 4) or 5).

So there you go.

Are you sure of this? I already spoke to this in the original post:

If that is not the case, then I admit that's a nonstarter.

I think this is an awesome idea. Why don't you try to get Zuckerburg to fund it with all those billions he's giving for humanitarian purposes?

I think if it exists, it will be used, widespread. Men can write a condition in their prenups requiring yearly testing.

If this were possible, it would make for some fun viewing entertainment. Women loved watching that show the Bachelor where women competed for some millionaire's hand in marriage. Imagine if they got to the final elimination round and the man surprised them with this test as the final criteria for who he would choose. I'd watch that just to see the look on the women's faces.

Here is a philosophical question:

What is more important, virginal behavior or virgin biology?

I'll lead into the question more with another question. Would you marry a virgin with no religion, an absent father/daddy issues, is a chain smoker and has a worn out mother that is on divorce/live in boyfriend #3 or 4.

My answer is that I'd marry a girl with virginal behavior (which I'd assume is also feminine) and has plenty of beauty/youth to spare. The second caveat is important. You can find plenty of single moms/born again virgins but the thing is that they are having their slut repentance AFTER they've used up their gifts.

But on biological virginity...how much more efficiency do you need than a hymen test?

Virginal behavior, though the two often go hand in hand. Number of lifetime sexual partners is a very reliable indicator of divorce probability. It makes sense to me: women who are used to having guys come and go in their life become numb to love and see men as replaceable.

Efficient, but unreliable. See the link I posted earlier: http://english.alarabiya.net/en/perspect...eason.html

Apparently it only takes 30 minutes and <$1000 to give an unchaste woman a hymen.

Invasive, expensive, time consuming. Requires the use of at least one third party to administer. A blood test would be minimally invasive, and the results could be kept private, like an STD test. Adding the test a la carte to routine bloodwork would make it seem even more innocuous.

But the very premiss implicit in the idea is wholly ridiculous, namely that your average guy will have the frame to demand his would-be wife do x, y or z. Sure, this idea might work in the Middle East or traditional societies where masculinity still has a presence, but in the pussified Western hemisphere and especially in the Anglosphere, it's a non-starter. One only needs to reflect on the epidemic of thirst to realize that the vast majority of men don't feel themselves to be in any position to dictates terms to their special snowflake in the US, UK, Australia, et.c.

(12-04-2015 09:11 AM)thoughtgypsy Wrote:  Disclaimer: As a layman, I am creating this thread for theoretical purposes only.

Fascinating idea. With both the genetic research that's going on and analytical chemistry equipment getting more and more sensitive, this could work.

The feminists/SJWs/Welfare Industry/Divorce Industry would collectively shit/combust/jump off buildings if this testing ever became widespread.

RE: Empirical proof of women's lifetime Sexual partners using Microchimerism
(12-04-2015 09:11 AM)thoughtgypsy Wrote:  Disclaimer: As a layman, I am creating this thread for theoretical purposes only.

^"would not reveal the number of sexual partners who did not use a condom"

- It also wouldn't reveal the amount of sexual partners who had unprotected sex but pulled out and came on her belly , her back or the sheets like many men often do.

RE: Empirical proof of women's lifetime Sexual partners using Microchimerism
If it's not physiologically possible or feasible (what part of the body do you need to draw from to test for chimerism, etc.) then maybe the idea alone will work.
Put up some billboards geared towards wealthy men to guard against gold diggers, or for married men to question their wives loyalty, stick them along some major highway.
"Is your new girlfriend right for you? Blood est now to see her checkered sexual history!" -or something along those lines. "How many bums has she slept with? Check now!" etc.

Even if it's not real, will it cause women to question more about whether to wantonly open their legs? Will it encourage morals? Maybe just the idea of a simple blood test revealing so much will cause them to think more about their actions.

edit; If anything, it would encourage them to demand condom usage, or anal. Would the easier test be a lie detector?

This is some Byzantine, sophistry-type stuff to me. I don't require some blood test to identify a slut! I can spot them at a thousand paces. And testing potential spouses? Good luck with that.

A test when you start seeing each other.

Another when some form of sexual exclusivity is being proposed.

And...

One every 6 months there after.

Sold.

I doubt it. It's still possible to lie to a lie detector (if that is the proper way of saying it).

I would phrase it as beating a lie detector. I'm not sure how they work exactly but I would assume staying calm and keeping your heart rate down would help.
