Nice hit piece on the petro-chemical industry by the CBC (Communist Broadcasting Corporation), I remember the big BPA scare of a few years back, it was shortly after Facebook became popular and the Canadian government banned BPA containing products, it was all over the news. I was around 26 at the time so many of my female friends and relatives were having children and all of them were freaking the fuck out! After a few months, Canada flip flopped and lifted the ban, leaving many confused but in the age of Facebook, most had moved on and forgot about it.

I worked in the petro-chemical industry for several years and was definitely exposed to higher than normal amounts of carcinogens, I don't think so many to be overly concerned about my health but I will say this, I wouldn't want to be living too long in a place near chemical plants and refineries nor would I raise my children near one.
