As a drifter I've had to deal with so many environment bullshit spitters I cringe every time I hear or read words and expression such as "eco";" bio";"environment friendly" and so on.
Mostly I hear them in the contextual presence of born again new age older middle aged or university students/graduate s involved in SOCIAL "science" or marginally related to actual eco system studies such as "environment management" .

What they all share in common is an utter ignorance of the actual functioning of the subject matter, much like socialism tends to ignore the actual functioning of human socio -cultural mechanics.

Outside of applying individual common sense (corps are after all collective entities with a profit objective and little more) to depletion and abuse of resources within the time span of a lifetime or two ultimately whatever we do is utterly meaningsless in the great scheme of things and if running out of resources ,total war and/or an asteroid with a crescent moon imprint doesn't does our environment in,enthropy will-alongside everything else in our universe for Shit and giggles.
I Agee with Lizard of Oz is that what enrages the whine machine enough to.make environment use and "abuse" is that a considerable number of testicle bearers Continue to live of and with it in varying degrees of understanding. Without ceasing their functionality.

Yeah, these people have ruined environmentalism. Original environmentalists were different. Greenpeace's first action, sailing to Alaska in a boat, to the place where the US wanted to test a big nuke? That took some balls.
