Andreas, seega seega! That place is like spring break is here. Find a Taverna you like and hang there and drink, Bring your friends and wait for them to come to you.
Btw do you have any info about the other side of the island? Can you go there?

I have the same issue, I don't do well approaching in very loud venues.

In party resorts I prefer to just run game on the street. The clubs are noisy and crowded. Lots of girls will be hopping between clubs and can be approached out on the street. They're drunk and in full party mode.

So you can approach girls there. Then tell them about some great place you've just discovered and take them there. Since they're on holiday they're likely to be adventurous and wanting to discover what's out there. Preferably take them somewhere quieter. Or if you get enough of a connection with one of them you can go to a loud club where isolating may be easier.
