TLDR: Woman wants to use her frozen embryos to have children with ex husband's sperm after an acrimonious divorce. Female judge pleasantly surprises all (well, at least me) by disallowing it on the grounds that the woman signed a consent form saying the embryos would be destroyed if the couple split up. Woman cries in court and calls the embryos "my babies".

Can we consider this a small win in the ever-present war against men and with a female judge presiding over this farce no less? Considering her pedigree (Asian concert pianist cum PhD educated anesthesiologist) the guy must almost surely be worth big bucks.

Seriously, this bitch is as devious as it gets.
