I understand now we will have to fight in our lifetimes. My grandfather did it and so can I, but honestly I'd prefer to wait until my back gets better.

Here's the major problem with that hope. Most European countries have paltry militaries. I believe Denmark has 800 strike force soldiers. That's nowhere near enough to handle tens of thousands of violent immigrants and migrants. Most countries do have National Guard like people but they have been de-armed mostly.

As this happens, German police have arrested right wing debaters for 'hate speech'.

They yelled "this is for Syria". This seems like a very coordinated attack that probably took some time to set up and coordinate.

Jihadi John getting blown up just happened. I don't think they had enough time between his death and now for such a coordinated attack to be related to that.

Just found out my French friends have friends at the Eagles of Death Metal Concert (they're from California)

A guy made a group page for the EODM, one of their friends said 2 guys walked in and shot into the air.

It's unclear if they killed anyone before or just took hostages inside the venue.

If this is actually ISIS this is very, very dangerous.

This seems, from what I'm hearing, the worst Islamic terrorist attack on a Western country since 9/11. I could be wrong but I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out that way.

This may very well prompt a massive retaliatory response against ISIS. With Russian planes also operating in Syria, the chances of a clash just increased a lot.

Well done Washington. Real good idea to destabilize Assad.
