Liberals want to regulate firearms and free speech, why don't they regulate childbirth? Make EVERY woman take a class and be tested for competency in order to raise a kid, and get a license if they pass. And just like a credit application, provide income information to determine if they have the funds to be able to raise children. Lastly, the husband, not boyfriend or one-night stand, must provide his information too as the father of the child.

Sounds ridiculous? It's better than the alternative, spawning a breed of little thugs like the 8 year old in the story.

I think this video is on point, but the one thing I take issue with is Sotomayor's assumption that this beast actually came up with $15,000 to post the bond. Unless the bond was full cash, which, in my experience, it usually isn't, the overwhelming odds are that she paid a bondsman $1,500 or not even that, to bond her out.

So, what about the kid? I remember the story of the toddler killing his mom with a pistol lying around in her purse while she was shopping, but this kid actually beat this infant to death with his bare hands. Is eight years-old young enough to let him off without consequence? This... is not normal behavior for kids that age.

In the video he mentions that the baby was born premature, wonder who paid for all the costs associated with that. I wonder if she really followed proper regimen to bring a healthy baby into the world. Highly doubtful.

The child more than likely repeated actions that he saw or were used against him.

When he cries or gets mad.. His mother beats him to stop him from crying.


When the baby cried.. He beat the baby, because in his undeveloped mind. That is how you stop the whining.

If the kid had a father in his life or a man period, to teach him to behave. This wouldn't happen.

This is fucked up. When I was 8 yrs old, I knew better than to beat the shit out of a baby to get it to stop crying. It's one thing for young kids to rough house and get out of control and someone to get hurt, it's another thing completely to murder a baby or even an animal.

Maybe sourcecode is correct, but even that seems a bit far fetched in my mind.

It seems to me that this goes beyond simple training or low IQ (while it's not polite, I think you can often get a good idea of how intelligent someone is by how their face looks, she looks slightly retarded) and low impulse control people breeding with each other.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this kids bio-dad is some stone cold murderer.

Either way, what do you do with the kid?

If this was an adult they would likely be facing the needle or at least consecutive life terms without the hope for parole. I don't know what is more fucked up, potentially sentencing a kid to death or simply putting him in prison for the next 80 years.

I'd like to add to that to say that this kid is also a hero. Here is why.

The concept of murder being wrong comes from the Ten Commandments and was then passed down through Judeo-Christian culture into laws.

But we all know Judeo-Christian laws and culture are part of patriarchal culture, which means they're oppressive. And they have no place in the modern world.

As such, murder should not be a crime. That's the old, outdated dead-white-male system. If you believe murder should be a crime, then you're giving credence to the Christian bible, which is where that originated from. And if you do that, you're saying religion has a place in secular law, which we know is wrong.

Therefore, by committing murder, this kid -- and everyone else who commits the "crime" -- is striking a blow for liberation and against the patriarchy. Jezebel should give him an award. From the perspective of them and others, he is a true hero for the modern world.

Only by throwing off the shackles of the outdated, sexist Judeo-Christian culture and its oppressive morals can we truly be free. Free of law and order. Free from authority. Free to finally be able to revel in Third World chaos -- the way man was truly meant to live.

Children have weak superegos (i.e. weak consciences). Successful, well-adjusted, civilized adults almost always have had strong parents. If you ever visit any young nephews or nieces, try and notice why each parent disciplines the child. The mother will almost invariably discipline the child only if the child annoys, inconveniences, or embarrasses her. The father will discipline the child for behaving in a socially inappropriate or improper manner.

Excellent reply. I love my kid so much, I imagine I would have a hard time not hurting myself if I lost my own. I want to say I feel for the mom, but judging off of these events, the best I can consider is maybe the poor girl was denied elongated suffering. Small children are precious. They are soberly aware of the world around them, but unable to speak yet and form complex reactions to outside stimuli. They don't seem capable of malevolent intent either. That seems to come along further in age, at least past the toddler stage.



Since the article said the women checked on the kids hours after getting back to the house, who wants to bet on if they were smashing strange men or doing illicit drugs?

Real justice would be removing the mom from his life and barring her from contacting him. Put the boy though intensive counseling and involve professionals in developing him into the best adjusted adult you can manage from such a poor situation.

I think murder is murder, even from an 8 year old.

I've dealt with enough eight year olds to know that they are smart enough to tell right from wrong, and would normally never think of killing anything.

An eight year old murderer is a threat to society, and in some ways is even more pyschopathic and evil than an adult murderer, as they have no reason to kill, especially a baby. No hope of fixing that level of evil and insanity. Life imprisonment or death sentence for me.

Life imprisonment and sterilization for the parents. Dad as well, where ever he is. The rest of the kids should be taken away.
