Take her less seriously. If she is interacting with you then just tease her and act like you don't care about her. And like these guys have said the way to get to actually not caring about her is to meet other girls.

Also if facebook is exacerbating your feelings about this situation take a long break from facebook or at the very least remove both of them from your newsfeed.

Get a new hobby like MMA, shooting, mountain climbing etc if you don't have one. College campuses are chock full of these clubs. It will introduce you to new people and add another dimension to your personality and you won't feel like you are directly competing with this guy.

College can feel like a little bubble sometimes, the best thing you can do is to branch out.

Way to Mastery -in pretty much anything serious- is a long internal journey.

You will, at some point in your life -I hope soon- understand:
1 He is not able to take anything from you.
2 She is not able to control your mind (to make you think of her or any other activity).
3 And you are not obliged "to be seen with hotter girls just to top it off".

There are still about 3.5billion wonderful creatures on the planet and quite possibly over 10million in your-bullseye-TEN range. Stop wasting your limited time on empowering and reviving has-beens and be the man you are on track to be by working your-TENs (or the practice minions).
