If there is racism, who exactly are the culprits? And they weren't they identified and punished?

This is staring to remind me of the Oberlin College "KKK sightings" from 2013. It turned out it was probably a student wrapped in a blanket.

But because of the uproar, classes were canceled, students had to go to "discussions, and there was national media hysteria for a few days. Two students were caught doing something related, but the school never said what that was. Brietbart News speculated that the students were committing "faux hate crimes" to bring attention to how bad hate crimes could be. Yes, you read that right.

This is complete bullshit, but it all comes down to money. The university couldn't afford to not play the game so the President takes the hit. The administration knows very well the student complaints are complete bullshit and its not their responsibility to deal with every single racist incident.

In a sane world, the players would have been suspended for the first half of the game after they missed any team functions, and had their scholarship annulled if they didn't play on Saturday. I wish the university would have played hard ball like that. It would have been interesting to see how many players were willing to fuck up their futures for a bullshit SJW gripe.

In any case, I think every one of these incidents, while aggravating on their own, only tilt the electorate more and more towards Trump.

The "demands" submitted to the president included one that he should "acknowledge" his "white privilege."

I would like to see the white players strike since they make up a larger portion of the student body yet are underrepresented on the football team. Thats so blatantly discriminatory towards them its ridiculous.

Had I been President, I would have told them they have 24 hours to get back to work on the football team. Exactly 24 hours later, any and all who had not willing and gladly participated in team activities (practices, etc) would have had their scholarships revoked, their dorm rooms packed, evicted, and locked, their meal plans cancelled, and would be informed if they were back on campus grounds they would be arrested for trespassing.

Considering all this was just down the road from the Michael Brown clusterfuck, where a black kid was declared an innocent victim after strong arm robbing a store, punching a cop, and trying to steal his gun, just shows what a massive disaster this whole Obama administration has been.

At any rate, this all brings to mind a passage written by that masterful observer of power and human nature, Louis XIV, and I wish everyone would read his memoirs and take it to heart:

This whole affair is Social Justice Warriorism run amuck. In a state, no less, that has been ground zero for political correctness recently;

Cases in point:

Ferguson, Missouri riots because of Michael Brown. The 'innocent' man who was shot by a cop (even though he was seen on video roughing up a store owner earlier in the day and also reports claimed he charged the cop and halfway got in his car grabbing for the cop's gun)

Don't forget Michael Sam, the Missouri football player and the first openly gay NFL draftee guy, whom ESPN and all the other politically correct media supported and thought it was oh so great ( never mind he wasn't good enough to make the team's cut) that an openly gay man was finally going to play in the NFL.

Now we have this President, in the same state of Missouri, basically being outed for the crime of being a white male. Despite profuse apologies to the minorities who were offended, he was summarily run out of town. Apologies are never enough for this crowd. They're never happy. Hell, they're not even happy when they win. They're just a miserable lot in life.

In fact, I heard a radio clip earlier today about some affiliate professor ( some woman associated with the University ) saying, in effect, that she feels ( as well as many in the University area) that they missed out on the stuff going on at the city of Ferguson "down the road". So, I guess by her logic, it's okay to go apeshit on the university campus since you missed out on the fun of the Ferguson riots. She spoke with a foreign accent by the way.

So the Prez gets outed or on the other hand, he may have been like "fuck this shit...yall can deal with this PC bullcrap. I'm taking my severance" QC called it right when he said this is just the beginning. As I mentioned, you apologize to these freaks and it's not enough. They do not stop until they have total and complete conquest of their foes.

There is no compromising with this lot. There is no making them happy.

The universities are now beginning to reap what they have sown.

What do they expect? They put these liberal professors in the class rooms teaching these impressionable students that the USA is an evil, racist, homophobic country that must be put in its place.

You've got these "Insert the subject matter (aka feminist studies, minority studies, etc etc)" studies teachers teaching women and minorities and liberal whites that America is racist, misogynist, etc. In short, teaching impressionable young people, to in a sense, hate their country and look at it as an inherently unfair place.

Now, people, or more appropriately, the universities are surprised when this kind of shit comes down? Like Obama's favorite pastor said "the chickens are coming home to roost"

I guess these elites that run the universities were expecting these students to wait until they get in the "real world" to unleash their social justice warrior tendencies with the knowledge they were taught at college.

But, these SJW's are getting more bold. They're saying, " why wait until we get into corporate America ? There's "injustices" on this college campus. Let's demand equal justice and let's go out of our way to be offended at anything, absolutely anything that could possibly be construed, even in the slightest, as being an affront to out delicate sensitibilties!"

So, part of me is kind of laughing that this University is going through this. Let them have a taste of their own medicine and realize this is what they have wrought themselves.

Many of America's universities are no longer institutions of higher learning and haven't been for some time. They are institutions of higher propaganda.

What I don't quite understand is the timing of it all (regarding the broader trend), but this is my current line of thought:

Universities have been teaching this postmodern Marxist dialectic grievance-mongering since the 60's.

Why now? Why is it all suddenly happening now? There's always been insanity but why the sudden explosion?

As I've mentioned before, it's probably a combination of this doctrine with the entitled pathologies of the Millennial generation and the infinite attention whoring capabilities that social media provides you to look "NotRacist" and "GoodPerson" (credit: AB) that seem to have created the perfect little powderkeg that exploded outward.

In my upcoming Year Zero there is a chapter (the one I'm currently working on) about the 19th century, and how despite it being a time of peace, it was also an intellectual powder keg that led in part to the bloody, "Year Zero" movements of the 20th century.

We've sort of seen a microcosm of that since the 60's. The powder keg built up, and now it exploded into a Year Zero movement.

^ I think all of those observations are correct as to the timing.

Add to that the fact that we now have a President of the US that sympathizes and seemingly backs these people.

"Travon would look like my son" et al.

He also openly lends verbal support to Black Lives Matter which has espoused violent means and killing cops.

It all starts from the top and by his actions and words, Obama has contributed to the feeling in the country that the President himself and the government back this kind of rebellion, anarchy and activity. He "understands the sentiments of the rioters"

Obama is the perfect leader of a country for this kind of stuff to start because people who are inclined to do these kinds of things feel like now is "their time" to do it because they have as their leader, Obama, who, they think support them in a sense.

Often radical leaders will tell you, in plain spoken or written language, what they plan to do once elected, even if these things seem unthinkable or very radical.

Obama said he wanted to "fundamentally transform the US" He's setting the tone as the leader for these types of things to happen.
