I am trying to decide between two apartments in my college town. Which one will give me more bangs?

Apartment 1:
single room with private bath, small, old, in basement, expensive, but in hip part of town right by all the cool bars were I take my dates, close to campus

Apartment 2:
far from campus and cool part of town, but comfortable, modern and cheap, private bath, one roomate

Personally I think apartment 1 is way worse than apartment 2, but its location makes it logistically invaluable in getting bangs. Which apartment would you guys choose?

Sounds trollish. But anyway, I'll assume you are serious:

Apartment 1:
- Single room, perfect to have a valid excuse to share a bed
- Close to the cool bars, perfect to bring a girl back

Apartment 2:
- Far
- One cockblocker.. Ahem, roommate

Try to get an apartment having a door leading straight to your bedroom. Hard to find, but makes LMR lighter.

I wouldn't personally waste a ton of money on a shitty apartment with good gaming logistics over a quality apartment. Bangs are only worth so much compared to quality of life. Why not just find a better apartment near the bars and get a roommate to cut down the costs?

Apartment one is obviously much better for banging.

But as elcidcampeador pointed out, there are other factors involved as well:
- How far/hard is the commute to your job? A 10 minute walk vs a 45 minute public transport ride makes a very big difference in the long run.
- How safe/clean/green/quiet is the area?
- Proximity of groceries, butcher, pharmacy, gym...
- Cost. I wouldn't spend 40%+ of my net income on rent.

And what is your game like?
I have lived on a top location but I had zero game and as a result I didn't bang at all.
I've also had zero logistics where girls brought me to their dorms to bang.

I'm pretty sure we all think the same thing on this one... but there's always that small little problem: pussy is pussy my man, and location trumps it all! And nowdays you can even live in a box, but as long as it's clean and there's no leftover pizza from yesterday, you're way ahead of 85% of chicks nowdays!
