Medellin is undoubtedly one of the most talked-about cities on this forum, second only to BKK or Kiev, and for good, positive reasons (clean, reasonably safe, sunny, with beautiful and diverse girls)...

Anyway, one of the things about Medellin is, local women, being suspicious, will ask you right away "what you are doing here"... so you better have a good story to tell, to shake the "sex tourist" bad vibe...

So, if you are American and have some good vibe about you, I give you an idea: during one month, you could say, Oh I come here as part of the Expandables movie set (of technicians)...

Because Stallone and Co are preparing and filming at the moment in Medellin, and will be in town and around in the hills for quite a long time...

In any case, it could also be a nice idea, getting out some evening with a local woman, to see the movie being shot at some location in Medellin... Makes for a nice, original and exciting outing: Hey querida, let's go star-spotting in Medellin...
