You see beta in your male family and friends, you see betaness all over tv and movies, politicians, its like the society as a whole has been so pussified and PC about everything.

Its funny going back to all my music over the years and know and love, so mucg of it is either men crying about love and doing some beta shit, conversely going back to all the hip hop songs I loved as a kid makes me realize that these guys were saying some really alpha shit.

Its also unfortunate the men that are legit alpha are looked at as either crazy, delusional or an asshole. This is especially true with women, they act like these alpha guys are assholes and act like they would never be attracted to someone like that when secretly their pussy is all wet of these guys while leaving these betas on a string, love it.

Its so interesting when you actually decide to accept reality and see things as they actually are, you can go back, I cant go back to seeing women the way I did before, I can listen to a corny love song without cringing, I cant just sit back and let one of my friends bury himself because of betaness, I cant keep my mouth shut, I have to tell it like it is and could care less what anyone thinks anymore.

I've definitely experienced this. When I first took the red pill, I learned that some men know how to provide the balls, leadership, and playful dominance women crave, while other men become Average Frustrated Chumps. However, within that frame, I could still easily imagine most men having conventionally masculine traits. However, when I go in public now, I see a huge percentage of men who look as if they are castrated or gay. It's especially bad among teen boys and young men. Men in public are usually very soft, not only overweight, but with no muscle tone at all. They have spindly arms, sunken chests, and protruding guts and fupas.

Worse still, their faces have no masculinity at all. A normal man's face has a strong bone structure, and generally at least somewhat rough skin. These are caused by having normal levels of testosterone and low levels of estrogen during puberty. However, a large percentage of men in public now have noticeably soft features. It goes beyond the physical. The facial expressions and body language of modern men are submissive, fearful, anxious, almost cringing.

As others have mentioned, I've seen how blue pill I was once I unplugged, and have changed myself over time. I have high testosterone levels. I run and lift. I walk with a strut. When I interact with people, I am decisive and confident, and I assume in many cases it is up to me to take the lead in the interaction. When I was young, this was normal behavior for men. Now you can look around in a crowd, like at a large airport, and see only a few males in the whole place that are what I'd consider a normal masculine man.

The worst aspect for me is looking at women and realizing that she's probably taken at least taken 4-5 cocks before she met me. Personally that is considered low when it should be zero.

Abso fucking lutely - I want to scream at some of the other men I hangout with because they're ruining themselves or setting themselves up for failure with women.

I know I can't change guys mind's but you can help lead them to water. If they drink or not is on them.

I try to pass on as much advice as I can to the younger guys (19-22) I work with at one of my jobs. These kids always come to me with game questions and what to do with pump n dump girls and LTR's.

Movies make me scoff, I don't watch any TV or TV series. People look at me with a "are you serious" look when talking about women and dating.

I would also caution those to not burn bridges with blue pill friends or acquaintances.

When I went through the whiplash phase, I became so extremely disgusted with blue pill/beta/pussified men that I started calling some of them out on it (hence, "The Black Knight"). One guy I use to know would just roll over for his significant other and wouldn't make a single decision in his life without the woman's approval. I basically told him very directly to get his balls back and we haven't talked much since.

One could argue that it's simply best to just cut people out like that and let them drown in their own shit; this is true in many cases. On the other hand, I can share common interests with people and have a good time with them despite their attitudes towards women/relationships/life. Losing those fun and fulfilling moments aren't always worth it to make a point in all instances.

I also see the value in dropping subtle red pill knowledge and being a beacon of example in how much better life can be like for other blue pill men. You can't force values and beliefs on to people arbitrarily but you can be available when they are ready and willing to listen. Burn your bridges and they will have no red pill guiding light when and if the moment arrives that they are looking for one.

I sometimes notice it around me by observation. I notice it more upon reflection (not just on me, but on others). There are times when I think about how differently things would be if I was more of an "alpha" when I was a teenager (I'm 27) - and maybe some of this is the occasional "If only I knew then what I knew now" fantasy, but at the same time I think things ended up for the best. I'd have no interest in going back for a do-over (assuming one could), as there are things that I would prefer keeping.

As for me being an "alpha" now... I'm nowhere near there.

This is very timely and exactly what I've experienced recently because I've just returned from living in a non-PC society to the anglosphere. I've always been aware that mainstream media and the 'general consensus' of society was pure BS, blindly following the agenda as per the herd mentality but I didn't really feel that it was my personal duty as a man to defiantly take a stand against this beta behaviour in my own circle. I have always had a live-and-let-live mentality and I think I always will... However, now I'm making a conscientious effort to embody my masculinity, not take my one's manhood for granted and lead by example from the front of the pack. I'm also being more vocal and dropping some succinct red-pills truths to my peers despite the occasional outrage and ad hominem from the spineless lemmings.

In regards to your comments on music (and art in general), it's best not to overthink it. Remember that art imitates life. Just because a chick-flick is technically definition a film, it doesn't make it fall into the category of "art", it's purely there to make money and cater to the masses. Same as music - hence why most music on your commercial radio station is garbage. This is an existential topic which I won't go in depth with, but you should pay popular trends no thought... good music, like good art, is not fit for the masses... The masses consume what they've been mindlessly been predisposed to, hence why reality TV is infiltrated with cringe-worthy blue pill lameness.

Ya it is amazing when you see through the betaness in life (that is everywhere). The biggest challenge is that i need to resist on calling out the betas (not in a dickish way, i simply loves to look out for some friends), it comes to a point that i know it will only cause me troubles if the person is not the type of man who capable to take the red pill (that is also probably why they become beta in the first place).

See it everywhere; in myself, my brother, my dad, coworkers, the train to work..I could go on but I think you get it. However, what is the beauty is seeing beta? You also see alpha, you just have to look @ the inverse of the equation.

This morning, I was having my scrambies (mmpow, hold the chi, Fuck, I hope someone gets this reference) and watching some national morning news show as they interviewed Colin Quinn. He was talking as though borderline buzzed, leaning back to almost a sprawl, and his shirt was untucked to the point that his stomach was showing pretty visibly. Whether or not this was intentional is beside the point, the women were fawning over him. A big African queen and over the hill blondie with a nice assist from modern cosmetics were on the edge of their seats hanging on every word. It was fun to watch.

Now, why do I reference this? The setup from left to right was Quinn, Blondie, …., and Queen. Their cohost was in the middle of the two chicks with small, uncertain, and tentative body language. I don’t think he said a word in the two minute segment. He knew what was up and was stuck in his head.

Some recent experinces recently made me think of this thread, I met this guy, known him for about 2 months now, he is 35 years old, has a son and everything, he is a cool guy, a "nice guy" literally and figuratively.

He lives with a chick that he "likes", he does everything for her, cooks, cleans, watches her kids, favors everything, what does he get in return? "You are my male best friend!", ugh...first time I heard that I wanted to throw up..

He invites her to hang out, go to dinner etc and she always makes an excuse, he gets mad and stays silent, meanwhile this chick fucks with other guys (trust me I know ) and he just stays waiting as if she is gonna magiclly wanna fuck him one day.

Not too long ago I sat with him and had a few drinks, I got to a point where I couldnt hold it in anymore and I let em have it, I basiclly told him "wtf are you doing man? She does not want you and is just using you, she calls you her MALE BEST FRIEND, you need to forget her, while you sit here and get all sappy shes out fucking other guys, I can tell you that from personal experince" stuff like that, it just pissed me off that I am 26 years old and this guy at 35 cant see this bullshit, I basiclly told him he needs to move on, fuck some new girls, she isnt worth it in any sense of the word.

It seemed like it hit him a bit but he was a bit drunk so I dont know, I also see on his facebook all he posts is shit like "you dont know what you really have until its gone", "I was there for you when no one else was" and sappy shit like that.

Worst part is that he has a 17 year old son, I cant imagine what he will learn from seeing shit like that, I can see him being a good father but he has no balls, you cant raise a man if you have no backbone yourself.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, I met my 22 year old cousin for the first time recently and I was blown away, this dude is alpha as fuck, he is cool, calm, laid back and aloof as hell, he showed me all the girls he messes with and just talking to him I know that he has no issues dealing with girls, he has a heavy rotation of girls and never stresses over any one in particular, he overall just has a "no fucks given" attitude, needless to say we got along very well, what suprised me is that he is from a single mother household, father nowhere to be seen.

It made me think, "damn I wasnt like my cousin at 22 but thankfully I wont be like that guy at 35.."

I see so much beta in myself (hopefully my historical myself).
I think it´s not so much about knowledge. I read about red pill before, I realized it´s truth, but even though, my behavior still was beta. Man has to get some impuls about realizing how things work (and definitely he will get it) ... and then it´s just up to him if he will use it, it´s his chance.

I realized, that I was brainwashed. I had only one long relationship which lasted 3 years. It was one of my first experiences, so I became bored very soon and I acted that way. Only what was imporatant for me was having fun with my friends and getting new sexual experiences (even though I was in relationship). At that moment everything was OK. And she loved me so much (now I know why).
Then I broke up with that girl and soon came to different thoughts, because I felt really guilty about my behaviour to my ex-gf. I though that the best way is to became nice boy who will do everything for his girl. I dreamed about meeting special woman, loving each other and everything would be just perfect until the day we die. I made generally 2 atempts. The second dostroyed me. Then I began to read more and I found this forum, which definitely helped me to overcome losing girl which was perfect for me.

Maybe I´ve finally taken the red pill. It´s not a solution, it´s way to go (long and difficult way). I feel, that red pill is really bitter, but it can save me. I am doing well in all aspects of my life (education, work, money, body, life values, self-development), only problem was relationships. I thought, that there will be some woman, who will solve the problem. But it´s not the women, but me, who has to solve the problem.
Even though I am frustrated, because all I believed is a lie, I am happy, because I discovered truth. And living on the basis of this truth became challenge for me and I want to face it.

After two women on the bounce rejected me after two dates and one date respectively, the penny has begun to fucking drop for me.

I've been way too beta. Too passive, too nice, too gentlemanly. My texts have been so beta, smiley faces, explanation marks. Pathetic questions like how was your day. Wow..it's all hitting me now..I've got some adjustments to make.

Becoming Red Pill a few years ago was one of the greatest decisions I ever made. When I first started it was a very tough year beating the beta out of me that I was conditioned in America to be. But these past few years incorporating game into my lifestyle has been amazing. A lot of people I meet can't believe the wild stuff I do with girls I have barely met until I show them the pictures/videos. They still think you need to wine and dine and give girls your undivided attention and give them all this stuff without getting anything in return.
I learned how valuable time is and not to waste it with people who won't make your life any better. I changed my close friends social circle to be guys that actively game and who are also red pill so we can check and balance each other in case one of us gets caught slipping.

Over all the most important red pill idea I learned was to:

Live your Life as the Man women want, Not the man who woman don't want.

Always Be Willing to Walk Away from a Bad Situation

Never Be Dependent on Others for Happiness

And to not be afraid to take a chance to explore new opportuninties that have a potential to change your life in a positive manner.

Im mortified and astounded at how often I hear
