RE: Science Explains Why Runner Chicks Remain Fat
Lol, the depth of a girl's physical fitness program.

Do every glute exercise permutation you can think of.

Don't be a fatass.

Do some bullshit shakeology/meal replacement/ slimfast/ tae bo program.

Get down to 20% bodyfat and talk a big game about how much you know about physical fitness.

Tell everyone on all your social media accounts.

Men's physical fitness program.
Hit the gym at least three times a week for an hour or more, focusing on heavy compound lifts that hit the entire body and progressively get heavier over time. Throw in a handful of assistance exercises for problem areas. Sleep at least eight hours a night. Calculate your base metabolic rate, calculate the required calories and macronutrients for a bulk, bulk until you can't see your abs any more, go on a long cut without losing too much strength, switch out exercises when old lifts get stale, monitor your nutrient timing, don't forget to do some form of conditioning twice a week minimum, rinse and repeat for at least three years to get anywhere and keep it up the rest of your natural life.

“I have a very simple rule when it comes to management: hire the best people from your competitors, pay them more than they were earning, and give them bonuses and incentives based on their performance. That’s how you build a first-class operation.”

RE: Science Explains Why Runner Chicks Remain Fat
Women mostly can't comprehend what hard work is, especially in sports and fitness.

Even with for example strength athletes, a self-selected bunch that work way harder than average, I've noticed that most often you have to tell the male ones to not go so crazy, while you do the exact opposite with female ones: to work with more intensity. I'm coaching one who's representing Australia, and her intensity in training, while good for a girl, is nowhere near the boys.

In powerlifting, it's common enough to have male athletes, even some of the very best in the world, training by themselves in their garage or local gym. I have never seen or heard of a female athlete do this.

There lies the dilemma though. If they try to be like the boys, they become much more masculine...

Regular women in fitness on the other hand are much more entertaining with what they consider hard work. You'd be told how super passionate they are about, say, yoga, which you expect it to mean they train everyday, twice a day. Then you quickly find out that they do yoga as often as you do it as a recovery session on the side after clocking in a bazillion ones per week for your main training regime...

The same "passionate" ones are also very quick to give you tips on health and fitness too. Oh yes yoga and pilates make your core super strong, more so than my lifting training huh, why don't you stand there and let me test it with a punch? No takers? Right.

RE: Science Explains Why Runner Chicks Remain Fat
I explain it to gym fatties like this: "You only burn calories WHILE you're doing cardio, when you lift weights or do substantial strength training, especially compound lifts, that soreness for days.. that's your muscles burning energy in a mostly static state. Adjust your diet just a touch, and don't eat more than before, and watch the pounds melt away in 3-6 months." << Now that's not the precise science, but a layman's explanation.

But what do I see the fattie doing? Walking around in circles holding 5lb. weights for an hour every other day. Still fat, just a little less obese. wft.

Running? Sprinting is where it at, 30 minutes of high intensity sprinting section beat 3 hours of jog, speak from experience.

But I went from 265lb to 165lb in one year just by running, so it has its use, they are just making excuses to remain fat.

It's all about dopamine and adrenaline,
everything in life is about drugs.
