I'm in my last year of studies of engineering in Data Science, and I'm looking for internship in a mid or big company,

Are you on internship now? I am learning Data Science on my own right now.

Internships are generally a waste your time. If it is not a requirement for your degree you should skip it and use your time on your own data science project. It will build your portfolio and look much better on a resume.
