Given the political climate in America today, I haven't been this excited for America. For the first time in my life there is hope that a presidential candidate like Donald Trump can get this country back on track. For the first time in my life I've heard of a candidate in Donald Trump that will deport all the 30 million illegal aliens which will force wages to go up and bring jobs back to Americans. Seeing Trump on tv is surreal and I get a sense of pride of being an American and that if he wins, America will be in good hands.


Having said that, I have been doing some research on the numbers and then reality struck me. And according to new data, in order for Trump to win he will need over 40% of the Hispanic vote to win the election. Some of these sources come from Liberal entities like CNN, NBC and the LAtimes, so I would take them with a grain of salt. At the same time, I haven't found any sources that will defuse these new claims. But nonetheless, I'm extremely pessimistic about the election given that Republicans as a whole have been bad at attracting Hispanics in the past.

Because of this pessimism, I as an African American want to make an appeal to Hispanic Americans. I speak for all African American conservatives who have left the plantation that is the Democratic party. I want to make an appeal to the Hispanic American forum members, to any Hispanic American lurkers and to all Hispanics reading this. All Hispanics, coast to coast, in the southeastern part of the U.S. and the southwest, especially Mexicans. Everybody of Hispanic virtue, bloodline, and tongue. I want to make an appeal to you. First of all I want to say I love you. Praise God for you. But here is my appeal to you.

Whatever you do, make sure that you do not become locked up in the Democratic party. Right now, if you're going to allow yourselves, at the state of where you are in America in terms of being a successful minority. If you turn yourselves over to the teachings of the Democratic party, here's what's going to happen to you.

If you want to know what your future is going to look like 20 years from now. What your family structure is going to look like. What your income level is going to be like. How many Hispanic families are going to be together. How many Hispanic teens are going to be going to college. How many Hispanic people are going to go to jail. If you want to know what your future is going to look like, look at the Black people now. Just look at Black people. If you want to know what your communities are going to look like. If you want to know the social structure of your children is going to look like, look at Black children. If you want to know what kind of music your children are going to be listening and producing. If you want to know what your future is going to look like as members of the Democratic party, look at what's happening to Black people. Black people are decimated. If you want to know what's going to happen to your Hispanic men and whether they're going to prison or not, look at the Black community.

The Black community sold their hearts and souls down the river, lock stock and barrel to become members of the Democratic party and the Democratic rhetoric, and allowing themselves to be eaters of the crumbs that fall from the master's table by allowing the welfare programs of the Democratic policies to run wild through the Black communities, all while the Blacks whole-heartily and without question give their votes to Democrats. Democrats in turn create programs while raising taxes through the roof.

You walk into a Black community anywhere in America, and a child born in that community from the day that child is born is faced with government provisions, government hospital, government paid prenatal care, government advice. And once that child goes home from the hospital he is faced with government diapers, government Gerber, government powdered milk, government cheese. And when that child is ready to go to daycare and ready for some sort of out of the house experience, the first experience they get is government daycare, government after school programs, government lunches, government basketballs, government sneakers, government, government, government, government, government, federal government, everything. So by the time a Black child is 8 years old, he thinks the government is GOD! The downside to this is that the government has destroyed the Black family.

Prior to the Black family subscribing to government programs, going back as late as the 50s and 60s. Black families were strong. There was a Black man in every house, and a Black woman could get herself a husband, because the Black man was strong. Then a government program came along known as the ADC and said that the government will take care of these babies and the man can't stay in the house. So when the inspectors from the welfare department came, the man had to hide. This cheapened him. It weakened him. To get that little check every month in the 1st and the 16th, the Black woman took the check and put her in charge thus destroying the Black man. The Democratic party has destroyed the Black man in that regard.

I'm telling you Hispanic people. If you don't want to go the way of Black people, get out of the Democratic party now. Stop your support for Barack Hussein Obama. Stop your support for Hillary Clinton. Stop your support for Bernie Sanders. Stop your support for Jorge Ramos. Stop your support for Al Sharpton. Stop your support for Sonia Sotomayor. Stop your support for the Democrats. Stop your support for them. Because they will do to you what they did to Black people.

We didn't always have this many Black men in jail, 2 million to be exact. More prisons were built during the Clinton administration all across America. Bill Clinton put 100,000 new policemen on the street. It was under the Clinton administration that Black people became completely wiped out and no hope was left. The Black church was destroyed. The Black community was destroyed. If you want to know what voting democrat monolithically will do to a community, look at Black people.

Hispanic people, you better get out of the Democratic party now. Ya'll are doing good. I've met many Latinos across America in Florida, Texas, New York and Chicago. If you look at neighborhoods like Spanish Harlem and Washington Heights in New York, or the Pilsen neighborhood in Chicago, or many other neighborhoods in Florida and the southwest. Ya'll got stores, you got banks, you got franchises, you got independent merchants, independent medical facilities, ya'll are doing a great job Hispanics. You use your language as an economic asset, especially in places like Miami and Texas. Most Lamborghinis and Bentleys and other luxury cars in Miami are driven by Latinos. You support your own and pray with each other. You have strong family ties. Your children are going to better schools. Your children are getting better IQ scores and SAT scores compared to their Black counterparts. Hispanics earn more money than the average Black. The average Hispanic has 4 years more education than the average Black. Studies show the average Hispanic lives longer than the average Black and even whites. If you go to any Hispanic neighborhood in America, you own it lock stock and barrel, the businesses, the banks, the franchises, all Hispanic. Listen, you're going to lose all that if you support Hillary Clinton.

Get out of the Democratic party! You see what happened to Black people? They don't own squat. Hispanic people, ya'll listen to me now! You're a strong people. If you keep voting for the left, the Democratic party will make you a welfare check recipient. Just like they destroyed Black people.

All Black people care about is for the government to build them a house, section 8, give them city houses to live in, give them computer training and welfare. Black people are ADDICTED to the government, thus they are decimated and destroyed people.

Hispanic people! PLEASE hear my plea. Sit down and talk about this thing. Vote for the party that is going to make your lives better. But please get out of the Democratic party. Go back to your roots. Go back to conservatism. Go back to biblical and moral teachings. Go back to your Catholic teachings. Stop abortions and gay marriage.

Hispanics! Listen to my plea. And thank you so very much.

This is just concern trolling by the media. They've been pushing the whole Hispanic vote shtick for decades now. News flash: Hispanics accounted for 7% of voters in the last presidential elections.Whites still cast over 70% of the votes. Of course the media wish to disenfranchise whites and so continually drone on and on about the need for pandering to minorities at the expense of selling out the overwhelming majority of the electorate. Fuck that noise. If whites voted as a block the way minorities do, every election would be a foregone conclusion.

True. Most analysts take the easy route and split up the vote by populations as opposed to splitting up the actual voter turnout by race.

My favorite example here was Jesse Ventura's governor win in Minnesota. Based on polling he was supposed to lose, but he increased voter turnout by 10% and out of that 10% increase most were first time/rare voters and the only reason they came out to vote was for Ventura. So he ended up getting 10% of the vote into a never reported 'demographic' the non-voter demographic.

People never seem to remember that, the non-voter is the kind of person that won't vote unless they are severely pissed off. Voter turnout in 1960 was 60% in 2010 it was 36% Thats 24% floating in the 'ether' of potential anger.

I'll provide another example of non-voter turnout only when they are pissed off. In the state of Wisconsin, the election for governor in 2010 was 49.7 percent turnout...an election in which people were already pretty pissed off. Then, 2 years later they held a recall election to try to oust the governor. Both sides were very pissed off and the turnout was a state record 57.8 percent.

good point, this was the same thing that happened in the Wisconsin recall. The democrats rallied too hard, by staging union walkouts etc which just kicked the hornets nest of republican voters...and they came out in equal force.

^Precisely. It's all push and counter push. If one side pushes too hard the other side will react and counter, in equal or greater force,. Then the process will be repeated. It's why most politicians of modern democracies tend to centre their ideologies, they are fully aware of a push back that can destabilise their campaigns, careers, or parties. Veering too hard or too fast in either leftwards or right can have very unintended consequences.

Good luck with that. Many Hispanics are here because their parents or grandparents came here illegally looking for opportunity. It's an issue that still resonates very strongly in that community. Sure, you might get hardcore Chicanos to side with him at best, but if Trump wants the Hispanic vote, he's going to have to stop being actively hostile to illegal immigrants. Not that I think he wants or needs it, to be honest.

Here in Miami I am getting some strange messages from Hispanics (at least in my immediate circle). A chunk of them just "don't like any candidates" not even Hillary, then there is a chunk that dislikes Donald trump for the soundbites they have heard on TV, then there are the hispanic republicans (think of cubans for example), that dislike trump and instead opt to vote for Jeb Bush or what not.

What are the odds that African-Americans ever start their own political party/parties? Apparently congressional districts are so gerrymandered that most African-Americans live in overwhelmingly black districts. My understanding has always been that this is what Malcolm X supported. Black people going their own way. He realised before almost anyone else that his peoples future under "the white man" was not promising. Even, or maybe especially, ones that saw them as victims.

That would work if America had the Westminster Parliamentary system. That's a solid system for making sure minorities within a nation aren't left behind.

Under the current time system, different types groups have to work together under one party to get their legislative agenda pushed. There's almost a hierarchy of the groups within.

I'll repeat something I've said before here, politics in America is a game of substitutions not addition or subtraction. If blacks overwhelmingly voted for the Republicans, the racists in the party would look for another party. And vice versa. You can't throw segregationists and black Americans under one umbrella and expect them to work together.

In a Westminster system, different parties would form and if they refuse to work together there will be gridlock until something happens. Usually this results in broad coalitions.

Being more aware of core issues, and voting their true interest is a better strategy.

Blacks are typical generational voters (like others). Part of it is laziness. My dad voted democrat, his dad did the same, and his dad on and on. The pastor tells his congregation to vote one way because someone's greasing his palms. Not to say we are all monolithic because we aren't, black evangelists showed up big for Bush in 04' mainly as a push back against the gay marriage issue.

Whenever a political entity can count on a 90% return rate, eventually they become forgetful or just plain ungrateful. A whole cross-sectional of the countries' population has just been going along for the ride.

Who's to say the same doesn't happen when blacks take their clout the opposing team? An opposing team that economically doesn't speak their language if you get my drift. You think Calvin living in the Wild 100's Chicago really feels the effects of another tax break for someone making over 250k annually? It doesn't trickle down to him in the form of a job.

I just believe people should vote their true interests, and I'm not sure either party fully encompasses those beliefs.

Its interesting because Hispanics actually started their own party in Texas. It was called La Raza Unida Party which led to what is known as La Raza now. This sparked a movement in the 70s. They won many seats in the Texas congress in south Texas, mayors and even a few congressman at capitol hill until the FBI came down on them.

My comment to this is that the Republican party has always been friendly to everybody. Remember, it was the Republicans who abolished slavery, and who gave Blacks the right to vote. The first Blacks elected to congress were two great men by the names of Hiram Rhodes Revels and Joseph Hayne Rainey, both Republicans. It was the Democrats who fought tooth and nail to keep slavery and to oppress Blacks as much as they can.

The Democrats are the ones that created the KKK. The Democrats are the ones that created Jim Crow. All those pictures you see of firehouses and dogs disrupting peaceful demonstrations by Blacks in the 50s and 60s were issued by Democrats like George Wallace, Bull Connor and others.

Remember what Frederick Douglass wrote:

"I recognize the Republican party as the sheet anchor of the colored man's political hopes, and the ark of his safety"

Democrats cannot argue with this shameful history, and what they say to justify themselves and get themselves rid of this shame was that when moderate Democrats came along, the parties mysteriously "switched" sides. Yeah ok.

What really happened, was that the loving, decent and progressive racism has been a hallmark for the Democratic party. They invented a new way to keep Black people on the plantation working for them like they used to. They gave them free food, free housing, and free medical care in exchange not for a harvest of cotton, but rather a steady annual bumper crop of votes.

The way that they did this was by telling Black Americans that the Republicans, that had fought and died for their freedoms were the "real racists" because they were against these "new" ideas like affirmative action and entitlement programs that keep them perpetually bound to their Democratic masters.

Of course Republicans are against affirmative action and entitlement programs, because they see people as INDIVIDUALS and not as a bunch of sticks. The Republican party does not see Black people as so inferior as to need lower test scores to get into college. The Republicans think Blacks can do just as well or as poorly as anyone else. So called "racist" Republicans actually believe that there is a word for people who are used by other people and provided in return with free food, free health-care, and free housing, and that word is SLAVES. And the Republican party will always be the party that frees slaves.

This goes to Black people as well. We need to get out of this plantation that is the Democratic party. I left a long time ago. The fact that Blacks still vote for Democrats when their agenda is amnesty and open borders is mind-boggling. As if being in the plantation was bad enough, these illegals are taking jobs away from Blacks Americans further guaranteeing that Blacks stay as slaves for their Democratic masters.

It's unfortunate that a lot of Hispanics get their news from univision and telemundo. Jorge Ramos holds a lot of sway with Mexicans, and that's a shame. If he cares about Mexico he should go back and use his power and influence to help fix that country, not just be an amnesty advocate. There needs to be some prominent conservative spanish speaking media out there.

I appreciate the sentiment but the Hispanic vote is irrelevant to a Republican. It's the white vote that matters. The way to win is to fire up white voters even if it alienates every Hispanic in the world.

Trickle down economics/Reaganomics is the most used retort for not putting black support being the GOP which is funny considering the big picture and recent historical awareness of republican proposals.

Republicans continuously propose lessening regulations for starting businesses. I guess it'll just remain a tough market for black entrepreneurs in the future.

School vouchers-those damned selfish and condescending white people are at it again. They propose moving to the voucher system in order to get schools to campaign for student enrollment which boosts education and school quality, parallel to the system they use in Europe. Good primary education is directly correlated to future earnings.

Remember Ron Paul and his ideas, especially flat tax that eases life for the poor? He ran republican when his bid seemed realistic.
