PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- An anchor for Fox News is suing Hasbro for more than $5 million over a toy hamster that shares her name.

Harris Faulkner sued the Rhode Island-based toy company this week, saying it has wrongfully appropriated her name and persona with its plastic "Harris Faulkner" hamster in the "Littlest Pet Shop" line.

Faulkner has been at Fox News for a decade and currently works six days a week, hosting the daytime show "Outnumbered" and anchoring a Sunday evening newscast.

A Hasbro spokeswoman says it does not comment on litigation.

Faulkner's lawsuit says in addition to sharing her name, the toy bears a physical resemblance to Faulkner, including its complexion, eye shape and eye makeup.

"Faulkner is extremely distressed that her name has been wrongly associated with a plastic toy that is a known choking hazard that risks harming small children," according to the lawsuit, obtained by Deadline.com. "Further, Hasbro's portrayal of Faulkner as a rodent is demeaning and insulting."

5 Million dollar lawsuit for a toy that absolutely looks nothing like her (aesthetically anyway). Hamster indeed, in spirit if not in body. Laugh

OH man. I had no idea what to expect from this thread. 10/10. Lol.
Women these days think they can shop for a man like they shop for a purse or a pair of shoes. Sorry ladies. It doesn't work that way.

Women are like sandwiches. All men love sandwiches. That's a given. But sandwiches are only good when they're fresh. Nobody wants a day old sandwich. The bread is all soggy and the meat is spoiled.
