Simple realities on the ground were always going to trump ideological commitments sooner or later, and it seems likely that these new policies being implemented by Sweden mark the turning point at which Europe has begun to acknowledge reality.

According to Swedish officials, they simply cannot handle inflows continuing at anywhere near this year's pace, let alone "ten times worse". From the article:

The thing is, how exactly are they going to reduce the flow? Sweden shutting their borders down, which could possibly happened if the migrant rate increases will only cause a domino affect through the entire EU.

A personal speculation of mine for the Migrant wave next year (if it isn't stopped at the root which is Turkey and the boats landing in Greece, Italy etc.)


June 2017, Already 100,000 migrants have come in first 6 months to Sweden. The asylum infrastructure is collapsing, the leftist parties in control concede to closing the borders (sprinkle a possible Islamic terrorist attack in Sweden for added affect).

Migrants are stuck in Denmark. What does Denmark do? Shut down the borders, reduce the bottleneck, try to deport and send as many migrants back down into Germany.

Now Germany is the real unknown. How many can the country take? Another million, 2, 3? Even it must have limits.

Basically, Sweden is suggesting a pie in the sky idea that the other EU states will have to take migrants when they are full. But I'm not seeing any takers other than Germany. Other than forced migrant settlements pushed by the EU into member countries or a complete blockage of migrants at European entry points. Sweden (and Germany) are getting 90% of the migrants next year.

If there are already a couple of hundred thousand migrants in Europe on route, whose sole destination is Sweden, I could see every European nation help push them along to it. They surely won't want them stuck within their nations.

I don't read or watch any of our local news (all owned by huge foreign corporations), but when I happen to glance upon them I always find myself staggered by the amount of propaganda they produce. For example, I came upon a news article whining about "the rise of far-right in Poland" which is "turning Poland into a dictatorship" and is "fueled by xenophobic and intolerant uneducated citizens". They stopped just short of claiming that Auschwitz is being reopened.

Imagine the world of a person who subsists only on this fare and how warped their view of the world is...

@HCE It's much the same for myself with the Irish mainstream media, whether that's on radio, TV or internet and it's starting to infect some regional news outlets too now.
I picked up 'The Irish Times' a few days ago, and I was staggered by how low it's gone now, from what used to be a reputable national newspaper, it's now largely a vehicle for SJW journalists to indoctrinate 'right-on' simplistic messages to the masses.
I've noticed more and more women popping up in journalist positions in the mainstream media here, which is fine if it's a field where women tend to know what they're talking about (food, fashion, mother & baby health, etc) but when you have a host of women appearing as 'political experts' or as the 'Paris correspondent, London correspondent' etc) for the media outlet, then we're entering dangerous territory.
The same people who would shout NAWALT at any attempt to analyse womens' behaviour will turn around and use sweeping statements in relation to a political situation, often poorly researched or simply false.
One journalist expresses his glee at turning down a request from UKIP to use a cartoon he drew.
The 'Paris correspondent' calls FN 'extreme right wing', and again ignores the role of increasing Islamicisation in making Paris and other French cities less safe in recent times, not even a pretence at reporting matters objectively.
The migrants invasion is framed as the "poor refugees" ad nauseum and the case of the child whose drowning in the Med was manipulated by the media to further indoctrinate their readers.
Of course they never even mention why the kid drowned in the first place, thanks to the actions of his father.

It's a really bad time for mainstream media in Ireland, and I think Europe and much of the English speaking world too, the days whereby the media reported the facts, have gone. Now those facts have to be wrapped in an emotional blanket and shaped and twisted and spun until much of the original facts have been replaced by propaganda and misinformation.

I like what the current government are doing, I believe Viktor Orban took the same measures when his party got elected in Hungary.

The problem as far as I'm aware in Poland is that George Soros pulls a lot of strings behind the scenes and the PiS are trying to take back power. Matter of fact I see the PiS mentioning Soros every now and again in interviews and articles so it's not as if they are exactly silent about the issue.

The general population seem to also be very aware of this, I was in Wroclaw on Polish Independence day where they burnt a strawman of a jew in the Rynek, we aren't dealing with ignorant people here.

In order to make the reforms they want they need to be able to pass laws and bills quickly and efficiently, and the only way of doing that is to control their constitutional courts, the only real opposition to them legalising their stuff. So what do they do? Lower the necessary number of votes needed for a majority ruling and appoint 5 of their own judges into the mix, problem solved.

Does it undermine democracy? Of course it does, however this is the only way to make any real change for the better because you have no idea whose strings George Soros is currently pulling unless you take these exact measures.

With the constitutional courts under their control they can now do all the education and media reforms they are currently planning. A lot of the reforms and policies they are implementing are all just promoting the family unit, getting rid of the dumb western ideals of feminism, equality and general degeneration culture, so what's the issue? This is the kind of leadership you want right now because we live in very dangerous times.
