What do you guys think of these?

Picked them up tonight. Will they go with black dress pants and black shirt?

I'm not so much of a cloths horse as some of you guys, but thought they look cool. Just not sure what to wear them with.

Black goes with pretty much anything. If you want to change/match things up, maybe some suede pants and a blue shirt, with maybe a matching suede jacket?

Jordans are alright, but I don't like how they look with regular size Levi's. I can only wear them with my baggy jeans.

RE: Casual shoes
Everything I'm finding says not to wear black with brown shoes, but I think they are going more with the suited down or business look.

The colors don't show well in that pic, but they are toffee and calk blue, two tone oxfords.

Here's a link to them on endless;
http://www.endless.com/Florsheim-Markham...Redirect=1

I'm thinking they might go well with some nice blue jeans and a white button down and maybe a nice charcoal Hugo Boss jacket.

Not sure about with black dress pants though.

Please stick to the topic of casual tennis shoes for jeans and t shirts. There are threads for nicer shoes.

Sorry I blew up buddy. Didn't realize this thread was for juvenile sneakers only.

*Looking at the first page, which I did, it's not all "tennis shoes".....

and they're good for your feet

Both you guys have to be kidding me. You get big time negative style points for both of those entries.

I like those Ralph Lauren Houston, I used to rock a pair like those. Aldo makes some pretty dope casual shoes as well.

RE: Casual shoes
Ive seen those Polo joints with a leather shoe lace thats def how I would wear them although I wouldnt be caught dead in Polo sneakers b/c to me they send the wrong message Polo is kind of played out.

For a casual shoe for a jeans and a white tee -- no button down over the white tee -- I def say hit it with a pair of Jordans or Air Max with a nice jazzy colorway. Maybe New Balance with those nice J. Crew exclusive colorways. Basically anything Hypebeast promotes let's be real.

ON another route, we could do a dressed down Cole Haan brogue with the nice neon sole that are hot and to be honest when they get played out you can just paint over the color and make them into something new again.

At the end the day, you're gonna go with whatever your heart desires which is in the vein of those Polo sneakers which is cool that's how you get down.

I've bought those Hogans recently. Granted, not cheap (some 300 €), but it is the most classy casual shoes that I have found.

If you are going to for a more preppy type of sneaker, I have found only two choices.

Jack Purcell - 60$'s

Kent Wang - 95$'s

RE: Casual shoes
Here's some Nike running shoes which I would recommend.
Nike Flyknit Trainer +
http://sneakerb0b.de/wp-content/uploads/...lyknit.jpg

Nike Roshes
https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/image...Wqx06H3NXw

Nike Free 3.0 V5
http://www.eastbay.com/images/products/l...3001_w.jpg

For casual all white shoes you can get the Jack Purcells or all white chucks. If you have money to blow, you can get some Common Projects.

Too many people have the Clark Desert boots (especially beeswax). You're better off getting boots from brands like RedWing, Thorogood, or Chippewa.

White Bucks. Nice. I used to rock those in high school.

These have been my casual summer shoes for years now. Water proof and comfortable as all hell.

If I'm dressing very casual, I just wear blue New Balance 992. Comfortable, simple classic styling (although the recent updates aren't as good). Steve Jobs was a fan.

New Balance... Can't ever see a pair, without thinking of this clip, from Crazy, Stupid Love

Am I the only one who feels ridiculous when wearing sneakers with jeans?

Please do not use running shoes if you are not running/doing other sports! Looks incredible stupid. That shit is not for the player.

Nothing says "I'm an American" than those fat soled NB's worn w / jeans. To their credit New Balance is the only company still making sneakers here in the USA - http://www.newbalance.com/Domestic-Manuf...lt,pg.html

RE: Casual shoes
I've been wearing these as my main go to for casual:

John Varvatos converse. Usually about 100 bucks. They're built much more sturdy and comfortable than the cheapo converse that cost about 40 bucks. I have these and a couple in rare special edition prints. Girls love em, and they're super classic. Goes with everything.

Seavees has a classic cali look. I rock all these with slim, tailored fit jeans (not skinny) a v-neck and jean jacket. Getting the style right, the details, is crucial for a player.

By the way...GTFO with those crocs an tennis shoes.
