I saw this movie a little while back. Some of these guys are sad to say the least. It is obvious that the produces wanted to find the most pathetic men they could find. There is a strong bias against the whole international dating/marriage thing.

Couple of interesting things.

The blond chick that is on the front of the youtube trailer ended up married to an American fat dude. She was not bad maybe a 6 and he is at most a 3 or 4. So it is possible to get a cuter wife than he could get in the US. She seems nice and devoted to him. Speaks almost no english and ended up having his baby. I do wonder about her intelligence level, did not see a lot of spark in her. Funny scene where they are getting married in his home town in America. Time to kiss the bride and he reaches over and macks down on her face like a fucking zombie. It was one of the nastiest, porno kisses I have ever seen. It was a bit disturbing. Everyone in the church looked on with horror as the chick held on for dear life.

There was another dude who I thought was as bad as the Aussie. He was fat also, and in the 2 to 3 range, who fit all the stereotypes of the sedentary low value western male. Never left the house, was always on the computer or video games, truly pathetic. And his social intelligence was down at the retard level. He had been corresponding to a very attractive, 20 something Ukrainian chick, spending tons of money on those letter sites where you pay by the letter. So he goes over on the tour and is not interested in talking with any "normal" Ukrainian chicks. Just wants to see his "girlfriend" who he has never spoken with. He was quite petulant, and demanding when she did not show. Finally forced a meeting with her, and of course she barley even knew who he was and wanted nothing to do with him. She was hot, probably around an 8 in the US. What was so strange is how out of touch he was. It was like he did not offer any value or even know what value was. He was going there, she was going to come back with him. He had a ring for her. And thats all there is to it. Kind of like ordering a pizza.

At some level you cant blame these women. They are making a few hundred dollars a month. They live in a kleptocracy, work their ass off to survive with no real hope of getting out. Someone comes along and offers them a shot to make some real money. I wonder how many Americans would take advantage of this if they were in the same desperate straits?

Just two cents regarding the discussion on the language with Ukraine/FSU woman. I would rate cultural awareness above russian language skill's.
This will help also a lot abroad, wherever there are girls from that background.

Not hitting on a 19 year old model. A woman who already had kids. However we soon see they could not communicate without a translator. But he flies her to Bali with her two kids to marry. She shows him no affection. The morning before the marriage he receives an email from some mystery samaritan who says do not marry her as she uses foreign men for cash and free holidays. He knows something is not right but ignores the letter and marries her anyway. When the priest says you may kiss the bride she gives him her cheek and looks uninterested in her husband refusing to even pretend to like him. And why should she? He is an idiot in her eyes. She probably sees it as teaching him a valuable lesson. She flies home to Kiev and does not write to him for 6 months. No calls or anything. He excuses this behaviour of 'his wife'. He then deludedly flies to Kiev to 'make it work' where she coldly says after numerous shopping trips ( the only tme she smiles ) I don't love you and here is the ring. He tries to keep his emotions in check and stop her from leaving but she walks out of his room laughing. A heartless cunt. Turns out he never even banged her. That's right, a guy who had other areas of his life in check, career, home etc. yet made the irrational decision to marry a woman he had never even fucked. He no doubt learnt more about women in 6 months than in the previous 60 years. The thing is as she leaves the room he tries to hug her again. This guy would take her back even after everything...

Why would reasonable guys make such stupid irrational decisions with their personal lives? They would never make those decisions in their career but show them a woman whose value they place above their own and that's it, sense goes out the window.

I would not choose a Ukrainian wife if I had no experience with women. They exploit any weakness. These guys in the film who were shafted stood no chance. They came from soft western lives where there are pensions and health care and courts where you get justice and hospitols that treat you. Their hardest decision each week is whether to buy skimmed or semi-skimmed. And they came to a land where it's dog eat dog. These girls they met from provincial cities live in a world where no one gives a fuck about you, where the state is too busy using your tax Gryvnas on whores and Kalyan at the Eshak restaurant. And so they will do what it takes to get their share from anyone foolish enough to allow them. And they will be duisgusted by the fact you let them.

Ukrainian women are actually easy to deal with. Unlike common myths they are romantic and not at all cold once you fuck them. They are DTF and SNL's are not difficult as made out. But you have to embody certain things that they are looking for and the most important is not being a 'Половая Тряпка' - a doormat. Although they did not realise it at the time, the guys were fucked the second they pressed send on their first email.

I have done a little reading and I am deeply concerned with the implications of this liberal/statist regulation. My only experience with the IMBRA is FilipinoCupid demanding I fill out the information to proceed with my subscription. I just filled it out with fake information and I was good to go. I understand the girls get to see this info, so I was sure to match it with my fake Facebook profile.

What i really need to get is a fake US passport and drivers license so when a snoopy filipina finds them my alternate identity becomes even more legitimate.

I've heard famous people get credit cards with alternate names on them to avoid detection. The account numbers are real of course. Having something like that would be the cherry on top.

Your "friend" was trying to fuck you over because the going rate for this type of fake marriage for future citizenship scheme is anywhere from 20 to 40k in asia.

As far as I know it was a scheme that was cooked up by his wife's side of the family. I think he probably had no idea what he was getting into either. I know I had no idea how financially lucrative or risky these sort of schemes could be until I started looking into it myself. I have another friend who is South American and who actually had relatives who pulled it off and he talked about how the "couple" would have private investigators following them around to make sure they were a legit item.

Actually this is bringing back more memories too. I have another friend who actually did almost got caught in the trap. He was seeing this Hungarian girl who he became totally smittened by and was set to marry...until he told a guy at his boxing gym who is Hungarian also and the guy basically gave him a straight up intervention telling him that the girl was using him for a green card and that he had to be on guard with girls from his country. He broke up the marriage at the last minute and even moved out of the state he was living at the moment to get away from her...and the girl still managed to track him down and showed up at his front step! He later found out that the girl was already the process of moving a lot of her family over and they were already selling their old properties in Hungary in preparation for the move and that apparently her parents had actually told her to basically have sex with him as much as possible to basically cloud his mind (which he took advantage of in many situations such as banging her at the bathroom of a Wendy's while people were standing outside and giggling. His exact words: "I made her my whore"). The whole family was relying on her as their meal ticket to the west and my friend was claiming that he heard that the family was beating the shit out of her after the scheme fell apart.

Lots of the above story was pretty outlandish and I only have his word so who knows maybe he embellished some stuff to make a good story. But still, if even half of it was true it would definitely be enough for me to be wary of seeking out a LTR in these parts of the world. I'm not saying don't do it but just be aware of the risks and to vet with the utmost discrimination.
