Dear feminists of the world, this is just my opinion and may not reflect others on this forum.

With recent events in Canada, it is quite obvious by now that the women's movement has been high jacked by primarily a small group of privileged and very vocal group - many identify as leftists -- but I would rather identify as 3rd wave feminists.

3rd wave feminists are a whole different breed and seem to have taken leadership of the women's movement. Rather than building on the efforts and progress of 1st and 2nd wave feminist, there is a very radical component in this group which has spread misandry through out world culture.

One fact is quite clear -- that is -- Radicalism breeds Radicalism.

It is only a matter of time now that a radical component in the growing men's movement will surely rise to counter the radicalism of 3rd wave feminists.

If reasonable, level headed women do not rise and take a stand against 3rd wave feminists, then in the long run, reasonable women will suffer the consequences.

We do already see an increase in genuine women now becoming vocal against privileged and radical 3rd wave feminists - however, a lot more women have to come forward and a lot sooner. Women can be more effective than men in this endeavor at this time.

If reasonable women continue to remain silent, then be rest assured the growing men's movement will complete the task. But it won't be nice and pretty.

Women need to speak up and take a stand against radical 3rd wave feminists through social media- especially in Canada, with the numerous hostilities and events that have taken place.

Some of the main accomplishments of 3rd wave feminists seems to be: Slut Walk, Rape Culture distortion, Bare Breasts Rally, Shutting down legal Men groups meetings, Not allowing free speech by men's groups, Not allowing men groups on University campuses, Allowing women to dress to their liking - as a form of rebellion - tattoos, dying hair mostly red, blue,etc, wearing animal nose rings, colouring their arm pits, becoming overly masculine, and obese - and a host of other things.

This minor and vocal group of 3rd wave, privileged feminists do not represent the women's movement and have little connection with first and second wave feminists. 3rd wave feminists are a product of growing up in a privileged world with numerous rights that the early women's movement fought for with the help of many men. If genuine and reasonable women do not take their movement back and take it in a good direction, then a radical men's movement will surely rise and do the job. In the end though all women will very like suffer the consequences.

The time for reasonable and silent women is to act now. Though a large component in the men's movement are arguing not to take any assistance from women - still women need to consider the bigger picture.

Your argument is perfectly logical and I totally agree with it. But the problem is that women are not logical creatures.

Feminism has more or less evolved into allowing women to feel successful and respected by society for the simple fact of being a woman.

Men have their part of responsibility as well. SJWs and white knights are partly responsible for the problem, for obvious reasons.

The only problem I have with this contention is that you're giving feminism at large the No True Scotsman fallacy as a defence.

Judge by results, not intentions. The "silent" majority of women who are not opposing third wave feminism have not the slightest problem at all with it because they benefit massively from feminism at large and are not affected by the demands of the loony fringe of the third wave. Feminism at large, back to second wave, and back to elements of first wave, has had significant intellectual problems and has done massive, irreparable harm to men and society generally. That damage was done before the third wave came along; these harpies are simply feminism's idiot grandchildren.

Don't give feminism at large an excuse, or indicate that third wave feminism alone is the work of a lunatic fringe. The entire concept is badly wrongheaded back to first wave, and has to be rethought from the ground up.
