We consider the driver a friend and know he has kids and shit he leaves to play our games that we have to work at he himself could do all day long 0 effort.

I think we paid half that between the 3 of us.

Yeah, I ran the math and since Ali was there for about six months, $100 per day would be about $18,000 in taxis. I really doubt he paid anything close to that, but who knows.

I recall reading the thread them saying around $50 USD split between 3 or more people. (That likely includes tip) Additionally I'm sure on an individual basis he did it for much lower rates long term with Ali. Just like apartments everything is much cheaper long term. You can probably assume he paid 2/3 or lower that price daily. For someone to be your personal driver in an SUV that would be a pretty good deal in my opinion.

Probably even cheaper than the cheapest rental cars.
