A grown man plays with a young boy he doesn't know. Even has physical contact in the form of a high five. There is absolutely nothing sinister about this in a sane world.

Do that in the U.S. or Canada and have the cops called on you as a suspected pervert. Feminists have successfully demonized all men where any male to child bond, whether it be mentoring, coaching, scouts etc., is seen as suspect. Makes it a lot easier to indoctrinate the youth.
