Yesterday I did a 2set with a friend of mine. But he left after a while and I stayed in. I talked with the girls for like 2.5 hours. I didn't escalate because we were three.
I'd say they are both of similar attractivness.

Now I don't know what to do. I want to fuck both but I am also okay with fucking only one of them. I fear that if i try to date the wrong one I can't switch back to the other one because she doesn't want to feel like second choice.

Is there any method to avoid this situation?

When this has happened to me, i generally play the wait and hang out with both game (same time and alone time). In a few days you should know which want you want more or wants you more and you can gravitate towards them. Downside with waiting is you could get placed into friendzone or they lose interest (it's 2015 afterall).

Keep it flirtatious to combat friendzone, and enough attention to both to where one can't tell the other you like them more.

Avoid? Wait, you got both their numbers?

If you haven't banged either of them, don't assume you have either of them. Leave both your lines out there and see which fish wants to jump in the boat (text, talk, kino, etc).

2.5 hours, you need to escalate playfully with both. Most chics will love you for it.
