Hi guys,

I am new here and just wanted some feedback on something that happened a few months ago. I'll keep this fairly short and if you guys want more details I would be happy to share.

I was flying to NY for a personal matter to attend to and was waiting for a shuttle to get me from the airport to the hotel. There was a pretty cute girl there as well and after a little while of waiting (we were the last 2 people at this terminal waiting for rides) I initiated some conversation with her. Before I got onto the shuttle to the hotel, I gave her my business card and said call me if you aren't busy tomorrow. I figured that she wouldn't call me back because I'm usually not so smooth with things like that, and it was the first time I've ever done anything of the sort. For what it's worth, I never once commented on her appearance.

I get a text message from her late the next afternoon and we end up meeting and having sort of a date. I had no intention of trying to sleep with the girl since it was just an experiment for me anyway and expected nothing out of it. We ended up spending about 4-5 hours together, first at a hookah lounge, then at a bar. Again, I never commented on her appearance.

I have made a few trips back to NY since then hoping to at least meet with this girl, but no such luck. She answers my texts but has been telling me she is really busy. I don't text her a lot, and usually only when I am in her area anyway.

I would love and appreciate any feedback from all the seasoned vets here. I am a pretty quiet and reserved guy and almost never approach women that directly. What do you guys think made this girl want to hang out with a total stranger that she met at the airport?

Forget her. She isnt busy every time you go back to NY.

Move on and open more girls where you live.

You were a novelty and probably the pick up was smooth or felt spontaneous to her when you chit chatted to her during daytime. Remember that during daytime you need to tone down and calibrate your game, your lines, as the environment is very often less competitive than at night (i.e. use different game when you talk to a girl in a library or a coffee shop than when you hit on one in line at a crowded bar with loud music).

Anyway, I think she was genuinely attracted or at least intrigued when she met you first. I cant say for sure as I dont have enough data but who knows, if she is a promiscuous girl she might have even wanted you to escalate with her during your date.

What you described afterwards is pretty standard. You didnt reach the comfort zone (how could you, living away?) and after a while her memories of why she had a good time with you started to blur. So yeah, she responds to text as she is nice but the window of opportunity has closed. It is standard. It happens all the time.
Kudos to you for hitting on her though. Learn from this experience.

You gotta get in there man!

Good job with the getting a date and all, but I am thinking she would have responded if you kissed her. Next time, try stepping it up a notch, and see what happens. You never ended up seeing this girl again anyway, so think of it as you really have nothing to lose if you go for it and get shot down.

It's also possible that she liked you. So you were supposed to put on the moves when SHE contacted you. You weren't man enough to do so.

So now whenever you contact her, she blows you off because

A) she's pissed you rejected her
b) you're too much effort, plus you live in another city, too much effort for her

You had your 1 chance. You should have made physical comments on the date and see how she responded.

Happens everyday.

She thought you were interesting.

Unfortunately, after hanging out with you, she doesn't feel the same way (or could be a million things).

Keep it up, do this 1000 more times and you will be a master.

you haven't done anything extra ordinary that she will meet you again...no kiss no make out and no thrill..just a casual meeting...she might spent it with you to pass the time...

you are 'reserved' card for her now...she might set up plan with you again if she got nothing to do.

but anyway....its a learning stage for u...keep it up...learn good. !

Dude,what the fuck! Its obvious she liked you from the get go. She willingly spent 4 hours with you just after meeting you. If you'd made a move the thong would've fallen. She was only waiting for you to make the move.

Another question for you guys. When I spoke to her at the airport I wasn't custom suited down or anything like that. I don't think I was dressed well at all to be honest. Is this something you guys often experience, where you aren't dressed 100% to impress but end up being able to game regardless?
