RE: Bangalore Data Sheet
I'll need to visit Bangalore more extensively some time in the near future. I was there for a few hours last year on my way to Trichy to catch a flight. The only city in India I've settled in was Mumbai (just back home a week, spent 3 weeks in Mumbai and 3 months in Goa and 1 week up North) and I done pretty ok for myself there. My mate was in Bangalore a month or two back and said there were a lot of beautiful girls there.

1. Pretty much all I'm seeing on AirBnB are "serviced apartments" with lobbies, concierges, and a 24/7 security guard. Do you guys think cockblocking would be an issue if I'm trying to pull girls home from the clubs?
2. If so, anyone have a lead on a place without these issues?
I can't say for Bangalore, but I was recently in Mumbai and used Oyo rooms and Airbnb. The first place in Vashi, I brought a girl, but I checked her in and had her ID before she arrived. Make sure that the hotel advertises 'unmarried couples welcome'. This is of the utmost importance. The second place in Khar, I brought a girl back and I think they assumed she was staying. The next day when they realized she wasn't checked in as a guest, they said you'll need to pay for your friend visiting (1k rupees). The third place in Juhu was an airbnb. The landlady was cool. Pretty liberal, had lived abroad most her life. She even left condoms in the welcome pack in the wardrobe haha. I brought a girl back on the last day before heading to the airport and she was just like "You should have brought her here before!".
So basically, just make sure unmarried couples are welcome and you should be good. And if you get some questions or disapproval, money sorts out most things in India.

That said OP has accurately captured that social circle is king. However he seems to fallen into the trap that most White guys fall into by playing up their race. This DOES NOT work in India for the reason that it is the opposite of countries like Thailand. In Thailand the poor girls are attractive enough to f**k and you have status in their eyes. In India try hitting on a low income woman and you're going to get the shit kicked out of you if you are a foreigner.
That means that your target are the high income girls who'se families took full advantages of the early stages of India's economic boom. These girls have enough high end Indian guys to choose from and are liberal enough to have pre-marital sex. She doesn't need to date a firang inviting people to talk behind her back when she can get the D from these guys who are sophisticated enough to play it cool. The rape stories are all hyped up bullshit from Western feminists. Staring is a problem but India is not an outlier for rape even after accounting for under-reporting.
It can be done but it isn't easy and social circle is KING.
I am from Bangalore (we now say Bengaluru) and the only guy on this thread making any sense is him.
I tend not to generalize anyone into behavioural characteristics but I will say this that while there are good looking men and women in India and there are niches beside social circles that you can exploit it is just not on the level of some Western cities like London, New York or Sydney or any South East Asian places as well.
Growing up whenever me or my mates wanted to get laid we'd just go to Goa and nut one of the foreign tourists but if we wanted an Indian girl outside our social circle we had to go to a club and If you are lucky there will be maybe two sets to approach.
In Sydney where I'm at now you go to a place in the city and there are single women decked out waiting to be approached in addition to the steady flow of backpackers and tourists. AMAZING!
If you want culture go to India, if you want to get laid go elsewhere.
