Budapest, running the club circuit, will increase your notch count. And you may even find really good quality also. Tokyo increased my notch count but it took about a year to get the ball rolling. Mexico City is also good.

I'm there now (Budapest). Assuming you stick away from other travellers, will language be much of an issue?

The only beach destination I would regard excellent for racking notches would be those attended by Scandinavians, Rhodos especially. I thought i would get good return on Budva but it wasn't the case.

I'm sticking with cities too, especially since so many girls are using tinder now.

Budapest I think is the easiest one for night game.
