Immediately you can see this guy not only didn't commit rape, and he's being simply incredibly hard on himself. Now, normally the Cracked feminist agenda would be in full swing, but about 35%+ commenters are dissenting saying, "Ummm... no. This shouldn't really be considered sexual assault"

To me it sounds like the difference between murder and manslaughter. Here in NZ you have to specifically intend to kill someone for it to be murder.

The other thing I was thinking was "holy s**t it's real". My wife and I watch a few American crime dramas and were asking ourselves "can this be real?" when they show a school handling a rape internally.

I'm not saying that what he did was ok, by any means, but it seems like we're trying to put one big "sex crime" box around everyone, and I don't think it really fits.

And if a female is so naive that she thinks that she can go out with a guy, stop by a sex shop, and cuddle all night without him naturally taking that as an invitation - then she shouldn't be living on her own or allowed outside without supervision because she's clearly not capable of basic self-preservation.

Women are NOT victims. We are not children. We are not weak. We do NOT need to lay there and take it.

Hell, I was capable of saying, "No. I don't want to mess around" in the 9th grade. That's the same year that I discovered that most men will back off if you remove their hand from your body and say, "I'm not into that." You usually don't even have to be mean about it.

Articles like this and similar cases will posted for the next 5 years all over the internet. It's good to know that at least some of society is taking a stand and recognizing that something is wrong.

Articles like this are how we know that we don't have any real problems over here in the west. Little girls are being brutally raped, infected with AIDS, and forced to marry in many different parts of the world but that is nothing compared to the horrors of a guy going for a boob grab while he's spooning with a girl on the couch and the girl not really being into it.
