Same ol shit New to Tinder. So bout to go work out thought i'd check Tinder. Match a hot girl who was last on 3 hours ago. When do i respond to her? Or do i say something Now and get back on later? Or wait for her? while we're at it what's a good opening line? lol

I'll try and answer your question anyway.

Opener: depends on her level of attractiveness(SMV) vs yours. depends on her age and social class and time on the carousel. Register on another online platform(OKC or POF) and practice different openers. Approaching online is the easiest form of approach. You'll develop your own openers after a time, and you'll find what works best for you and the types of women you like.

First message after match: doesn't matter when.

When to reply: I have tried using different levels of "intensity", ie: how much time and effort I put in. I have found I get better results with low intensity usage. Going online once a day maximum, sometimes once a week. I've never been unmatched for being slow to reply, some women never reply, they just collect matches.

Summary: Be bold, don't give a fuck and you'll get a fuck.
