Welfare isn't bad. There's nothing wrong with a society voting to create a safety net so that people who run into tough times can bounce back.

What's a big mistake is having a welfare system like the current one in the US. It amounts to nothing more than a wealth transfer from men to women.

If you are going to have a safety net, it needs to be one that motivates people to get back on their feet, not one that motivates people to become lazy single moms.

The welfare system in the US has always been a tax on men, nothing more.

Charity is that system though. Charity is a 'market of sympathy'. Under a charity system, people plead their case, dole bludgers starve, and people who have suffered terrible misfortune get relief.

Welfare doesn't work because its goal isn't to provide welfare, it is to purchase votes. If it was correctly called "loot marketing", you could say its working perfectly.

There have always been closet homos in the Scouts. I was in the Cubs and later Scouts - there was one leader that you instinctually knew to avoid. Even at that age, it was obvious where his interests lay.

Likewise, I remember a badminton coach who was almost definitely a paedo. He'd be coming onto 12 year-old girls right in front of us. Unfortunately there are people who choose these roles with other motivations in mind.

The difference nowadays is that this shit is almost being encouraged. "Let's install gay leaders to take care of our kids!!!" Common sense is being eroded in the name of supposed equality. This policy is THE perfect example of a society so blinded by political correctness it can't think straight anymore.

No one would ever put a straight man in charge of troupes of prepubescent girls and allow him to sleep and shower with them. Yet Boy Scout troupes are essentially doing the same thing by letting gay men sleep and shower with prepubescent boys.

Let be more direct, in case we have SJW outsiders on here reading this. It takes them longer to understand things.

Just as I would not want my 12-year-old daughter changing in and out of underwear or getting her period in front of male scout troupe leaders, I would not want my son changing in and out of his underwear and getting wet dreams with gay male scout around.

The fact that this was never brought up in the media or in the Boy Scouts is cause for major alarm. If they can't see something this obvious, what else are they ignorant about? And would you want people like that responsible for your child?

Yeah, in fairness me and a shitload of other people would have had a great deal more sympathy for the Catholic Church if their response hadn't been virtually non-existent. In some cases they actively protected the pedos.

Needless to say that if I were running things and found out about this kind of abuse there would be a new inquisition and the police would be in a footrace to get to the bastards first.

The Catholic hierarchy is either totally compromised from top to bottom or simply 100% impotent in regards to policing their own order. They consider themselves above not only the laws of man but the laws of God.
