Panera Bread employee quit mid-shift at one of their Manhattan locations. For this, she was thrown outside the store by the manager. When she came back, well, let’s just say the result wasn’t pretty.

The footage recorded at 12:30 p.m. at the Park Ave. South eatery near E. 23rd St., shows the much larger manager punching a much smaller female employee, twice. The second one landed her on the floor. Several witnesses on the scene could be heard in the background telling him not to do it – but he didn’t listen.

Surprisingly, the police aren’t pressing charges. After doing their investigation, they determined that the manager was acting in self-defense because she slapped him first.

I love these videos... no I do not condone domestic violence and men who beat up on women for the sheer thrill of it have issues and should be in jail..... But when these snow flakes want to throw down and be equals and get treated as such it brings a smile to my face

This would go in the guilty pleasure thread for me: I love seeing women get what's coming to them. I get a weird giddiness when I see some hen going at someone with the audacity to be 100% confident there will be no negative repercussions because she thinks she is immune to getting humbled.

It's retarded for women to hit men since it's in our instinct to immediately hit back and we're a lot stronger than them.

I still blame this kind of stupidity partly on Hollywood. A lot of dumb girls apparently think they can beat up men like Black Widow or what's-his-name from Mad Max: Cuckold Road.

I think there are just some seriously damaged people and when they get set off man or woman, they just can't control themselves. I also don't sense she has anything close to logic skills.

Just an educated guess based on her actions and reactions to the situation. She doesn't seem mentally balanced, and that can cause difficulties with maintaining steady employment.

- she did something egregious
- he fired her on the spot and then...

- he physically put her out of the store
- she went back into the store

And then the video starts.

You can hear the slap, but he definitely 2 pieces her.

Maybe the first one he could have gotten away with, but the 2nd one sealed his fate.

This would be a grand opportunity to get onto the subject of the State having a monopoly on force, but it's summer.
